Based on my description, he quickly responded back that the trouble with opening and closing my garage door was likely that the safety sensors were misaligned. I checked and found that one of the sensors was misaligned, which I easy adjusted myself. It fixed the issue and appreciate that Michael said that if that didn’t fix it, he would be available to assess and fix. I really appreciate Michael’s knowledge and honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend C&M Overhead Doors.
