Once we got approved for the loan, the start up took longer than expected, and dragged. Initially they estimated that the project would take 3 months to complete, but it took 7. The wrong pipes were delivered and I waited 3-4 weeks until the correct pipes arrived, afterwards they scheduled digging which took another few weeks (which could have been done simultaneously while waiting for the corect items but wasn't). Weather soon became an issue as snow began to fall and the weather became frigid. However, the installers were terrific working in 0 degree tempratures to complete the project. Initially I was given a project manager (a VP) that resigned early in the project. They never replaced him and the person that I was dealing with at the home office did not communicate everything effectively during the project (I don't believe that it was her job duties initially so I don't blame her), but I should have been given a replacement PM with experience. In thier defense, some of the issues were because my town has strict rules for permits, and many weather delays. Once the system was installed Ashley, who was responsible for follow up was awesome and helped me with all of my questions.

I was very happy with their work. They were punctual and very professional. They got to my house before they said they would be there. They were out early afternoon. They cleaned up. You couldn't tell they were even there. I was more than happy with their work. I have seven grandkids that like to run around in my grass. I don't want any nails and they cleaned up. They had a 6-foot magnet and they came and pulled them up. Their cleanup was very impressive. I have recommended them to other people, my friends and associates who needed some of their work. I thought they did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anybody. They're trustworthy. They have the best guarantee and warranties available by GAF. They were above the medium range of the prices that were given me but they gave me far more for my money. The job they did was more than perfect so I'm more than happy with it.

Total Exterior was on time and he was in and out. He did a decent job.

THEY CAME, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO DO. ANY MORE ISSUES I HAD THEY RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY. I GOT THE DOWN IN PRICE FROM 21 TO 15 THOUSAND, BUT THE JOB THEY DID WAS PROBABLY WORTH THE MONEY.

MR. HYLAND CONTACTS US AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SEASON AND WE SIGN A CONTRACT. HE HAS ALWAYS TAKEN GREAT CARE IN CLEANING OUR DRIVEWAY IN A TIMELY FASHION.
