Rob is extremely responsive both over the phone and email. Came out to my house multiple times before completing the work to make sure that what I wanted was doable and spent a lot of time with me going over options. Always punctual and professional. He's a great guy to work with and I will be calling him in the future if I have any other electrical work to be done.

A friend of mine in West Milford needed an electrician so we found him on this list with excellent reviews. He came to her home and after asking alot of questions about what appliances were plugged in.. where and when... he figured out that it was the use of an electric heater in a smaller bathroom that was the culprit. Choices were given as to what could be done and in the end she decided not to have work done at this time, but rather just not use that heater for now. If in the future she decides to have a new line installed for its use she will definately call him. Even though this was a and quot;smalland quot; job request that he could have passed on he took his time and was very professional.

It went great! Service was reliable and we were given good advice on how to best correct the electrical issues in our home. I highly recommend this company.

As always, they do a great job. I place a high value on being punctual and they always show up when they say they will. Their work is clean and neat and the pricing is extremely reasonable. This particular job was pretty small, they replaced a light fixture and switched out a couple of outlets to GFIs.

We had a very tight deadline as we had to get everything done before a party. I get very nervous to have workers in the house when its just me and the baby but I am comfortable with him. He cleaned up after himself. If he had to put a hole in the wall he would plaster it up and staple it so all we had to do was paint.

I was a very good experience. The estimate was good, and most importantly accurate. Mr. Hansen was prompt, clean and quiet. We have a young son, who was able to nap during the work. Mr. Hansen also did a great job, patching and spackling the old holes which we chose to pay and extra charge for. It was well worth it. After the work was done all we had to do was paint, and that was a great convenience.

After receiving a number of quotes from electrians I chose New Concept Electrical because I had received their name from a friend and their price was the most reasonable. It was also great because they were very accomodating to my schedule and were able to get the job done on the only day I had off from work. They were very professional, clean, and did a great job. I would definately recommend them again!
