MORRISSEY OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR

This company are liars and thieves. I am a US Veteran and a new home homeowner. I would not recommend them to anyone. They were assigned by home warranty company and when I tried to call to reschedule they never called back, they called me when they "supposedly" came to my house and than had the nerve to tell the warranty company that they completed the job. I tried to all 3 times the day of the appointment than called the home warranty company and they tried to reach out to them as well. I was advised to reach out to Morrissey to reschedule. I waited a few days to see if they would call me back an they never did. I finally called again and they told me I was supposed to give 24 hours notice to reschedule, yet they never told me that when we scheduled the appointment and neither did the home warranty company. The lady in the office hung on me several times when all I was doing was trying to reschedule to work and told me I was harassing her and that she would call the police on me. They are disrespectful and should be ashamed of themselves to treat their customers this way.

I can't say enough nice things about Morrissey Doors. It is really refreshing to find someone that just wants to do a great job and is also very responsive. Very nice people!!!! Work performed was great and very clean. You can"t go wrong!!!

20 minutes prior to the start time of the SCHEDULED, Diane Morrissey contacted me to inform me that her husband will not be coming out due to another job (Ambulance apparently went through a garage door, and that was his focus for the day.) When I asked Diane if her husband worked on weekends since I refused to take off another day for them to potentially cancel an appointment her lack of professionalism shined.
