They were very responsive. We had a special needs family member who needed the work done. The techs were on time and very caring and helpful. We had a mixup (not with them) and needed them to come out a second time. They came out the next day first thing and helped us again. Outstanding service! They were great for us!

Owner personally showed up same day of my call to look and give estimate. A few days later we agreed on a time. First guy showed up and seemed to know what to do about my first outdoor outlet to be replaced, but seemed concerned about the second one which was a new addition. About 15 min into work a more experienced employee showed up - corrected something the first one did and then finished the second one by himself before the first guy finished the first project. Both were very nice and the work is to satisfaction. Price was reasonable and came in slightly under what the owner quoted.

Todd and his team far exceded my expectations of an "electrician". I purchased a historic home in the Forest Hills section of Newark. Having been built in 1905 and never touched, the entire house needed a re-wire from the knob and tube wiring (insurance required it). Todd and his team worked every day (in the summer heat) and caused minimal disturbance to the plaster walls and ceiling. I have had Todd come back to do additional work as I tackled Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades. I cannot stress enough that if you want a life-changing home improvement experience, call Todd. A+++++++

We needed new outdoor sensors installed in our yard. A new light switch next to the back door and new fixtures in the front of the house. The men were on time, were very efficient and professional. Excellent job. Had a problem overnight with the sensors through no fault of theirs. Called Todd that night and his men promptly came at 8:30 the very next morning to resolve the issue. Excellent price. Recommend this company highly.

We had a short in our basement. They replaced the breaker however the next day it had short circuited again. They can over & checked all the wiring until they found the problem (an outlet hidden behind shelving). A couple of hours work at no extra charge. Patrick was very thorough. I will be using K2 for any future electrical work!! Thank you!

Todd visited first and spent my time diagnosing a tricky problem in my older house. One he determined what had caused the partial outage, we arranged for two of his crew to come back and re-install a light fixture. They also found a second fuse box I didn't know existed. Todd charged me a very reasonable price, since it was somewhat of an emergency situation. I definitely will hire them again in the future.
