Their work was very good. I was very happy. They did what was agreed to plus more. Professional, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. I called them back for more work. Todd is always on top of what needs to get done. His workers are good too. Patrick is great. They went out of their way to help me.

Almost instantaneous response to enquiry. Arranged for following day appointment, arrived on time. My issue was a concern with the safety of a washing machine socket. They resolved my concerns and completed basic tests within the hour. They didn't add additional fees or try and upsell or any other nasty techniques - very impressed ....they did quick review of some other projects I will definiteyly keep them on file for future projects,

Owner returned call and did a walkthrough that same day of initial call. Provided a fair quote and scheduled work a few days later being flexible with scheduling. Work crew of two arrived at stated time and finished in stated time within quoted price. Owner arrived and spot checked and at completion explained the work done, tested and offered follow up assistance if needed. I would highly recommend them for hire.

Dealt with Todd on phone calls. Gave me reasonable estimate and expectations.Tom and Patrick came over to trouble shoot one issue and to install a ceiling fan, separate from the other issue. They were both conscientious and completed all the work in a timely matter. The bill was a pleasant surprise. Lower than the estimate. Will definitely call on them again!

The work was for the most part done well enough after some requests were satisfied to repair non working lights and receptacles due to open neutral connections and installations not done as originally discussed. Problems arose mostly from Todd not being present to manage the people sent to do the work and not everyone present knew how to perform the work. A request to have all permits in place prior to the start of any work was also disregarded raising issues with the borough officials. Nice guy who needs to up his and his workers professionalism.

Tom from K2 returned my initial phone call almost immediately. I explained the project and asked for a soft estimate. Tom was professional, informative and friendly. An appointment was scheduled and the work was quality work. Would call K2 again.
