Michael called in response to my eMail within a few hours. He then listened to my explanation of the problem, which was only presenting to me that Microsoft updates wouldn't install. He happened to have some time that same day. So, he came right over. He analyzed a very intricate problem on my desktop computer and planned the remedy. After presenting alternate solutions and costs, he installed appropriate reconciliation software and processed the repair. The computer was repaired and running like new the same day. If I ever have issues in the future I will certainly use Michael's services again.

Being a computer idiot, I was totally depressed that I couldn't use my computer for minimal things. I'm retired, and use my pc for e mails, shopping etc. A friend reccomended GMM Solutions. Michael arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He immediately reviewed the areas on my laptop that were giving me problems .The diagnosis seemed second nature to him and he quickly found the problems that had infected my computer. As he did the repairs, and clean up, he patiently explained what had happened and possible ways to prevent the problems from recurring. He checked and doubled checked the system to make sure all was in order. His professionalism, his technical expertise, his thoroughness and attention to detail were unparalleled. I am very pleased with his work and skill and would highly recommend him as you and quot;go toand quot; guy for any computer issues.

I originally called Michael Moore because he was recommended to me by my son-in-law. I needed to have a virus removed from an existing computer and have a new computer with printer and Wi-Fi installed. Michael removed the virus, and some spyware and adware and recommended that I get virus protection on this computer. With the new system Michael asked me what I do on the computer and matched the new system with my needs. The new system came with a 1 year subscription of virus protection which he set up to do automatic scans. He was very professional and thorough. I couldn't be more pleased with the work he performed and the computer system that I now use.
