Description of Work: Outstanding job! Floors, stairs, and hand railing in my home are very old. Mauricio’s team came in with the best bang for your buck and go above and beyond. People walk into my house and ask if the floors are new. Would highly recommend these guys!!!

+ -1 moreFabulous! We couldn't have been more pleased with Mauricio and his team. They were prompt, responsive, neat, and provided great advice on stain color and finish. The results are outstanding and we have gotten unsolicited positive comments about the newly refinished floors. They did an excellent job of containing the dust during the sanding phase of the job. In response to a last-minute request from me, they diligently sanded down and removed a heavily glued paper backing for a linoleum covering in the vestibule which I had been unable to remove myself. I strongly recommend Mauricio and his team to other homeowners.
Description of Work: We had 3M Hardwood Floors refinish the hardwood floors in a 1955 house -- living room, dining room, vestibule, stairs, and 3 bedrooms. They also installed a completely new staircase bannister.

One day was needed for prep work, one day to sand and stain, and one morning to put the protective seal on the floor. They were very professional and even helped me choose the stain color that went perfectly with the space/
Description of Work: Upon recently purchasing a condo, I discovered under the old carpets was a severely worn out and damaged hardwood floor. 3M was able to come in and completely restore, refinish, and stain the hardwood beautifully, bringing the entire floor back to vibrant life.
