I called several of the computer services listed on your web site. After explaining what service I required with BWCWEB owner
Brandon Christy, he visited our home and checked our computer. Since the computer was so obsolete, he suggested he take it to his shop and save all of the information and programs still salvagable. He upgraded the computer to Windows 10 and re-installed the programs and files from the Windows 7 operating system.
He spent quite a bit of time trying to upgrade the computer in our home prior to taking it to his shop, and when he returned the computer spent more time acquainting us with the new system. We called him back indicating we were having several problems
trying to operate some of the new systems and he returned to our home to walk us through them.
He was very pleasant to work with and patient when instructing us how to get familiar with the new systems.  
His price for all of the above services was half of what some of the other techs quoted, and did not charge for the second visit.
I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer services.
