Had gotten 3 bids on replacing our pool liner. They were the cheapest. Joe is a total professional. He communicated what was going to happen, how long it would take and when he would be there. If there were any snags - and there was one from the manufacturer - he reported it right away with a solution. No extra cost to me. I would use him again and recommend to a friend.
