QUOTED ONE PRICE ON PHONE, FOR FIX OF POOL WALL, CHARGED ANOTHER PRICE MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE, ALSO DID POOL CLOSING FOR INGROUND POOL AND QUITE EXPENSIVE. TOOK OUR BACKWASH HOSE AND STILL WAITING FOR RETURN. I WILL NOT DO AGAIN.

Joe's Service was awesome, he kept me up to date and showed up when he was scheduled to. Nice to see an owner operator in action. I rank the value for money at 5 stars because while Joe had the best pricing i could find for a closing, and the value for my money was worth it, i feel pool closing services in general are pretty expensive.

It's nice when the owner answers the phone and does not use an answering service. If you have to leave a voice mail Joe returns your call within a short period of time. He is very pleasant to deal with and very professional; pricing is very reasonable and the work is excellent. He called the night before to confirm the appointment and he showed up when he said he wouild. He is very reliable and I would recommend him to to anyone.
