 + -1 moreWe finally connected but are too far out of their area for them to do the job. Family emergencies delayed the initial contacts. All good now.
Description of Work: Updated Review.......we did not use this firm as we are too far out of their area.....in terms of the original feedback, we did finally connect and I learned that there were indeed family emergencies with the contractor which prevented communications. No problems here. Wish it could have worked out, and we hope all works out well for their family.
