Terrible.. Guess Nathan time is worth more than ours

Nathan and his crew professionally and immaculately removed a large river birch from my front yard and grinded the stump. I was thoroughly impressed with the site after the tree was removed. I was also worried about large divots being created in my lawn, but was found none! This company obviously respects the customer's property. The price and level of professionalism are second to none. I'm glad I found this company and will use it again.

All work done very well. What is amazing is the improvement in our lawns, front, back and sides. The front and one side went from being pretty good to absolutely gorgeous thick vibrant green grass, the other side was completely moss and is now completely grass and the back that was full of weeds and a disaster is now almost as perfect as the rest of the property. I have never seen such a transformation!

Very well; property looks great. Did not rate punctuality because there was no date set for the work, we left it up to the contractor to decide the best time to do the work based on weather and vegetation conditions.

The job went very well. I actually did not meet them. I was not there at the time, but they did a nice job.

Greenwood is very professional, use top-notch equipment, and do the job when they say they will at exactly the price quoted. The office staff / scheduler is extremely pleasant and always returns calls in a timely fashion. Also, if you have overgrown ivy, these are the only guys in the Manahawkin / Little Egg Harbor area that will address it. Again, they are very professional and the prices are very good.

The process was easy and pleasant. All timetables were met. The men were obviously trained and experienced in the trade. They were polite, did the work quickly and cleaned up, as they said they would, so that there were virtually no remains.

They did a great job! Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Greenwood staff was professional, courteous and very hard working. They did the job quickly, efficiently and cleaned up every speck of debris cause by the tree removal. I would certainly use them again.

Went well from first contact to completion. I was not home when work was performed but they left my yard immaculate. Nate was very friendly and professional on the phone and in person.

It was a breeze for them to remove the stump...the tree was uprooted by hurricane sandy..and when the tree was cut up..the stump fell back into its spot...Greenwood crew came and within 20mins had the stump removed with no loss of soil..

Their prices were reasonable. I found them to be at some things a little higher and at some things a little lower. I was very pleased. They did excellent work. They really know their stuff. They saved some trees for me. They were very good. I had a few problems, they did come back and fix it. They came when they said they were going to come.

They performed the work with the skill required to ensure the long term health of the tree. All work was completed quickly with all debris and saw dust was cleaned up to the point where you didn't even know they were there.

Called several tree service companies. Greenwood was the first to respond and even though the price was a little higher than others, they performed the work promptly and properly.

Unfortunately there was a severe storm which caused a hugh tree limb to fall onto my car. As fortune would have it a Greenwood Tree Service team was working down the road. I asked the team leader if they would be kind enough to help remove the tree limb, they would be happy too, however, I had to call the owner Nate Foote first. He happened to be in the neighborhood, we spoke about my concerns about the health of the tree. We talked about the positives and negatives. I asked for an estimate, totally expecting to be gouged. To my surprise I received a very reasonable estimate which included stump grinding,root removal and cleanup. This team was professional and efficient, the whole process was done in 2 hours! I also had another tree pruned on the property which was done at minimum cost. I am recommending to call this company when planning yard service. Nice People!

Greenwood Tree Service did a good job of coming out and giving us an estimate. They did a good job of taking the tree down and cleaning up when they were done. They actually taking the tree down when we weren't home. Besides the tree being gone, we wouldn't have know they had even been there.

While Nathan Foote's men (Greenwod Tree Service) were in the area cutting and trimming numerous trees down due to the derecho (major wind storm) that hit South Jersey June 30, I approached him about cutting my dead trees down. After the original quote was revised, he gave me a quote for the additional work I wanted done. He was able to come down two weeks later to do the work. Nathan and his men are very professional and the work was done in a very timely manner. He cut down four huge trees and some smaller sassafras trees and also trimmed back another tree in another area of the yard. His men also did a wonderful job with tthe cleanup. I feel this is an excellent price since four years ago I got three quotes to just cut the dead limbs off the same trees. I went with the lowest price of $1800.00 and wasn't really happy with the work. If I ever need additional work done, I would definitely consider using Nathan and his men again.I highly recommend using Greenwood Tree Service to anyone that needs any tree service done. Thank you Nathan and men for the wonderful job!! The men were all very professional and polite. When I mentioned this to Nathan (owner), he said that he only hires men that take their job seriously and treat people well. I made a remark to one of the men when they started that I wouldn't look over their shoulder and he said that I could stay outside and watch if I wanted to. I just stayed inside and looked out the window occasionally. They kept me informed about what they were doing also. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend Greenwood Tree Service to others.

They were professional and insured. They didn't leave a mess in the yard and everything was done like it should have been. The only negative comment was that he gave me a quote without tax, so I wrote a second Check later because he called looking for his tax. Otherwise they were really good.
