Siding came off again during bad storm. Company said they would come and fix it for an additional cost which I was fine with (it was a bad storm). Met with siding guy who said he would do it. After 3 months of promising to come out and do the job, they emailed me saying that would not do the job. Called the President repeatedly and he never returned my call..

I received a quote in Sept. 2012 for resurfacing a fiberglass roof over our sun room. I verbally accepted the quote. Speaking with the company scheduler, she told me that they would be getting to do the work sometime in the month of October and that weather was the determining factor as to when they would begin. To date, they never showed up to do the work and never called to explain the reason for this unconscionable delay. Admittedly, Restoraton work due to Hurricane Sandy at the end of November will prevent any work on this project for the near future. I understand there are reasons for delays, but it is not good business to leave customers wondering when (if ever) their jobs will be done.
