No hassle, in and out service. Scheduling was simple, they took care of permits and everything with the town. I removed my tank from the basement, they were in and out within 2-3 hours, within a week they schedulled the inspection and job was done. Great price, highly recommend. Cement job was a little patchy for the holes but good enough still for the 5 star

Wish I knew more about the technical features of the Roth tank before committing -- covered a good portion of the window it was in front of. Wish they had a low boy alternative that had a decent warranty. However, that's more product specific. That was more my responsibility to do that research but we were operating under emergency conditions. The installation and cleanup was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of working with their team, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I would like to emphasize the professionalism and respect displayed by the Sterling Environmental team throughout the project. They treated my property with the utmost care, ensuring that no damage or mess was left behind. Their dedication to leaving the work area clean and tidy was truly commendable.

Sterling worked with my wife and I to get an above ground oil tank removed which had been left from the previous owner. They were willing to work with us to find an appropriate time and were able to remove the tank with an inspection from the town within 4 hours. Kudos to Nick and the team at Sterling!

After posting a request on Home Advisor for an oil tank removal, Nick called me the same day. He asked for details about the job and then explained his companyâ s procedure for the removal. He sent me a proposal which I accepted and returned to him with a deposit. Their estimated cost was very reasonable and lower than the other estimate I received. Nick then applied for a permit and when it was approved, he scheduled the work to be done the next day. Two men arrived on time and completed the work in one morning. They were pleasant and left everything in good order. The town inspector arrived when they had finished and he gave me the inspection report and approved the work. As an aside, he told me that Sterling Environmental was â a good company.â I agree.

The overall job was fine; the concrete pad came out good but did not come to finish it. I had to take the wood molding out and clean the extra concrete that came out from under the edge of the wood molding. The price was a bit on the high side. Good learning experience.

Reliable, excellent customer service

I hired them to remove an oil an from my crawlspace. They called a couple days ahead to confirm the exact time so I could prepare my own schedule and move my personal stuff out of the way for them. (The only access to the tank was though an interior door in our library, across my basement office, then crouch into the crawlspace) They arrived ready to work at near exactly the minute they promised. They were neat, quick, polite, and efficient. They put down plastic tarps so no nasties were tracked through the house. They got the permit, called for the inspection, secured the town approval and gave me copies of all the closure documents. I did nothing except write the check. No fuss, no muss, all done and over.
