Dylan floors ripped up my 30 year old carpet and expose my 68 year old oak floors.They came on the day they said they would and finished on time and the floors look amazing, I couldnâ t be more happy! Price was very fair and the work was impeccable!

Good price per sq. ft but do know that they do not tape/protect trim from stain so you ll need to repaint trim and walls after they re done. It s a trade off for the lower price they charge

Floors came out great and price was very competitive. We had a few scheduling bumps along the way but they always showed up and did what they said they would do on the day they said they would do it. Would highly recommend Dylan and his team based on quality of work, professionalism, and competitive pricing.

Was supposed to remove black spots (dog) before polyurethane ( I agreed to pay for repairs) but did not. Now I have black spots in several obvious places. The floors that had no damage look fine.
