I worked closely with David and Alex and they advised me and worked to insure that the project turned out the way I wanted it to be. They were very neat and efficient in completing their work.

My experience with ARD was great. I needed to repair crack in the foundation that was letting water into the basement. The owner, David, was very communicative and the work was done thoroughly and promptly. Obviously can't assess the final results until we have another heavy rain, but from what I observed, the repair and waterproofing on both the interior & exterior looked solid. The estimate, invoice and online payment process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend ARD.

Extremely professional, timely, and super skilled! made suggestions to remedy former contractors mistakes without complete demolition. walls were refinished and painted to a high lacquer shine they look amazing! and they showed up when they said they were going to! very professional while working in the home. highly skilled professionals I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future project.

I got painting and tiling done. The work was excellent and David was very prompt and professional. He even accomodated some additional requests free of cost. I highly recommend them for home projects!

Workers came on time, very detail oriented, answered any questions we had through the process, and completed our project in a timely manner. These guys wowed me with the time line Of completion. I was told project would be done in about a month, it was all finished a little after 3 weeks. There crew is nonstop, I tried Peeking at times and they were always working. I have used other construction companies in the past but they have marked the difference to me. The owner Dave is a straight shooter, I decided to change a few things and he said not to worry about it cause labor wise things would have not changed much. I just had to pay the difference for supplies. Iâ m always looking for the cheapest Contractor but this time I let me wife decide who we would use, and like always SHES RIGHT. The job turned out better than expected, and got every Pennieâ s worth. Thank you ARD CONSTRUCTION . ð

I hired ARD construction to turn a spare attic space into a finished office. They did everything! Insulation, drywall, flooring and crown moulding. They kept a clean workspace while the job was being completed and even finished earlier than expected. I'll definitely be using them for projects in the future.
