My front steps were falling apart - they were not safe - I called Approved Construction because they were a local company. Lou responded that day and showed up and gave me an estimate. I called two other contractors; they took days to come by and even long for an estimate. I hired Approved Construction and am thankful i did - my steps are amazing he added some stone on them and made them look awesome. they were there when they said they would be, finished on time and the price was the price - no surprises! Great work on my sidewalk

Louis and his team did a great job removing a concrete foundation and some driveway. They did exactly what they said they would do and for the price agreed upon.

They are a speed and efficient company. They can help with all sorts of problems. I am an elderly woman who had water problems with garage flooding. They showed up super fast and helped save me from a disaster. I can not thank them enough.

Louis was so incredibly helpful from the estimation process all the way through to project completion. He explained everything he planned to do to solve my landscape drainage issue and his design not only works great and has eliminated my problem entirely, but it looks fabulous too! It was such a pleasure to work with a contractor that had my best interests in mind and truly cared about my satisfaction. I would absolutely hire Louis and his crew again.

Louis is great. Heâ s present, he listens, and he wants to help you and for you to be happy. His guys are nice, hard workers, and do great work. Definitely will hire again for any work needed with pavers or cement.

Anthony and Louis were always in communication with me to let me know the exact start and finish dates of the project and their daily work schedule. They were early to the job everyday and finished the job in the time stated in the contract. They are honest and dependable and they and their crew did great work. I would hire them again.

Very accommodating and great attention to detail

I hired them back in 2018 to get work done to my building. Originally Louis was very responsive to everything. Did a very good job with fixing the stucco panels and replacing them with Stoner Vaneer. Did the new skim coat for a wall in the back. Problem is the job was not completed. He kept delaying. Problem: -Never painted the back wall -Never started the repairs for basement leak -Never started Concrete sidewalk because of Bond that needed to be paid to the township. He did not want to. It has been 2 years now. Louis seems like a nice guy. But just flaked out on my job. This is just highly unprofessional to not finish a job. Just cannot recommend them to anybody.

Louis provided a fair estimate for masonry work and impressed me with his knowledge of the subject and his approach to solving our problem. Our front porch brickwork was in bad need of repointing and his worker, Ricardo did an excellent, beautiful job. Louis and his brother, Frank, finished off the project by resurfacing the concrete portion of the porch. Very pleased with every aspect of this company’s work. Will use again when needed.

Attention to detail!!!

It was good to see how the employees working on my project would discuss any questions I had. Their explanations to my questions were in great detail as to what was being done and why. A hard working team was what I saw. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them again. Cost quoted was fair even though they were asked to do a little extra by the owner with no extra charge! Have high confidence in this company for your next job.

After interviewing 3 other contractors, Approved Construction followed up on phone calls, clearly explained what they would do (to please the customer) and had the best price.

They were on time, kind and went above and beyond what I needed. The Power Wash work that was done was also awesome.

We replaced a wooden retaining wall with stone and added a deck made of pavers . Overall very happy with the final project which went over budget but the we added more stone at the end .

There was no mess when they left
