 + -1 moreProvider arrived as scheduled & notified me beforehand as promised. They inspected all areas of my roof & soffit then & installed a one-way tunnel at the raccoon's entry point. When the raccoon tried to get back in at dawn the following day, I watched as it was effectively repelled by the tunnel! Provider returned to remove the tunnel when all signs of infestation were gone & repaired the soffit. The quality of THAT work was not terrific, but at least it's all over.
