I have no complaints. I thought their price was fair; I had not compared their price to anyone else but I accepted their price. Everything was good.

Description of Work: We were in the market for new living-room and hallway carpeting. Kepple's Carpet made us feel welcome when we entered the showroom. Our salesman, Art, answered all our questions in the showroom with obvious knowledge of all carpet manufacturers. When he came to our home with the samples that we chose he took even more time with us to discuss the pros and cons of each of our choices.

+ -1 moreWe did not have a very good experience with Keppel's carpet in Marlton. They were hired to replace our flooring in a small entrance way and powder room. No one in the company communicated with one another. They subcontracted the work for the installation and did not explain the job properly to the contractor. He had to come out three different times to complete the work. The finished product looks very nice, but I would never hire Keppel's carpet for another job.
Description of Work: Replace flooring in entrance way and powder room with vinyl tile.

+ -1 moreAll in all a VERY GOOD - I'd say great - experience.
Description of Work: We were replacing a carpet in one good sized room. We had shopped at 5 places total, including 2 box stores before choosing Kepples. We removed old carpet ourselves to save some money. Our room had many angles - it was not a "rectangle" or square, and we totally emptied it of furniture and had the (plywood floor) clean for the installers - which they appreciated. You cannot find the seam, although it is easy to figure out where it is due to the shape of the room. Our salesman was honest and forthcoming with information about what was on sale, carpet "ingredients" and grades, pad quality, etc. We got a better grade of carpet for our money at Kepples than we would of gotten at a box store, but that may be because there was some type of sale going on - I think installation was free. Also had a good experience dealing with Kepples office to schedule install as well as the installation guys that came to install. They were neat, on time and professional. All in all a VERY GOOD - I'd say great - experience.

Description of Work: Carpeting of 2 bedrooms and hallway. They were prompt, courteous and clean. I have been happy with the installation. No lines show at seams.

+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure to work with Kepple Carpets. I needed a rush job and they were very accommodating and the price was terrific. I would highly recommend Kepple's Carpet and I would use them again for my flooring needs. Also kudos to their sales person Larry Jeffords.

+ 0 moreI had a damaged wood floor which they had to take out, measured and then they put the new flooring. They are excellent. They have a lot of samples in their store. Their work was timely. They were efficient. They were pleasant. They did a good job. I had no problems with my floor. They did not leave any mess. Their price seemed to be comparable.
Description of Work: I used Kepple's Carpet sometime during the summer in May or June. They put down new wood flooring for me.

Description of Work: What a difference from the last time we used them! We used this Co. to install our wood floors on two occasions and were very pleased with the price and the performance. This time we were going to have our bathroom re-tiled and we went to them first, because of our past experience. We had to call the salesperson twice to get their estimator ( Joe) out to do the initial measurements and project review but he never completed a quote. When we called back to see what was going on, the original saleman ( Mike) told us that the actual installer ( also named Mike) would be contacting us because the job was a little to involved for the first guy (Joe) to give a good estimate.We waited for Mike to call, and two days after he was supposed to call, he left a message for us to call him back. We did, twice, set a date and he was a no show. We called him two more times and gave up. We have since visited Avalon Tile and so far they are night and day above Kepples. We will probably write to the manager to let him know that there is something wrong with their program. I would want my customers to let me know and not just diappear. Not sure what is going on with the tile division, but we won't be begging them to take our money any more.

After taking a vacation day from work, I received a voicemail on the day of installation (during the arrival timeframe) that Kepple could not install my carpeting that day. The voicemail was matter of fact and without a sincere apology. The live discussion with the woman in charge of scheduling was worse. She has no concern for my time and the fact that I had torn my home apart to accommodate the installation. I did not get proper assistance/understanding/empathy until I mentioned the B and R words - Breach of contract and Refund. Magically, a crew was located that could install my carpeting that afternoon. The crew sent to install my carpet was great, but I will never partonize this company again. Pathetic customer service.
