No problems. Glad he did the work. He is an excellent plumber.

Bob the plumber arrived a little early I was ready. He started working right away. Was quiet efficient, cleaned as he went along. Perfect job and did forget to do some caulking. but i forgot it also.

Filan & Conner provided a great service at a reasonable cost. The plumber was courteous and professional, promptly installed a new faucet in my garage and it works great. I would definitely use this company again.

They were more professional and prompt than other service providers we have dealt with. They were much cheaper than dealing with Home Depot.

They are professional. They know what they are doing. They are trustworthy. They wear the booties when they come inside. Scheduling is so easy. They give you that four hour window of time, but they take your cell phone number and they will call you when they are close by, so that you could be there. When they speak to you they are respectful. They are definitely the plumber that I would use again.

Install went perfect. Anthony previously installed our d/w and did a great job. Very neat and clean. We were so impressed we called his company back for the toilet repair.

Very quick service and professional installation. My only complaint would be that after shutting off my gas for the hot water heater install the installer did not verify that the heat to my home was working/pilot was lit. This left us without heat due to the igniter being bad. I think this should have been checked before leaving.

The serviceman Charles was helpful, courteous and efficient. Pointed out the corrosion in the old hat water heater and a problem with the igniter. Gave a good price for a new hot water heater with installation included.

$120.00 per hour, a bit on the high side.Prompt and professional.

Plumber was about 2 hours late due to problem on prior job. He called when he was on the way and apologized for being late. Once he arrived, the job took two hours to complete consistent with his estimate. Job was very well done. He even took time to repair sump well cover which would not close properly prior to his service call.

I choose Filan & Connor for three reasons: 1) They were well reviewed on Angie's list 2) I had good previous experience on much smaller jobs 3) I was unable to use my plumbing, and Filan & Connor could start the soonest In fact, I had a lower bid (20%) from a competing plumber (Hutchinson), but I needed to get back in the house. For the most part they arrived promptly, and did what they said they were going to do. They started on a Wednesday morning. By noon they had the slab torn up and were installing a new drain line from the powder room and out under the garage. But they left the old underground drain pipe (which had apparantly sunk) in place. The plumber said that it would be better to leave the old pipe, because the earth would be better compacted when they poured the new concrete. By the end of the day the new drain line was in place. On Thursday they poured the concrete. The plan was to reset the powder room toilet and sink on Monday morning. But over the weekend the basement wall began to leak again. From the same place. I was extremely frustrated. It took 2 more visits, but we finally figured out that the drain from the washing machine was still connected to the old underground drain pipe. Luckily for everyone, Filan & Connor was able to run a new drain pipe from the washer without digging up the concrete or tearing up the walls. The bottom line is: They made good. It was a big hassle for both Filan & Connor and my family, but they came through in the end. They were always professional, and I would use them again.

Contacted me and made appointment immediately. Anthony was on time (actually running early so he called to see if I wanted him to come earlier. He was nice and pleasant and made the whole experience a nice one. I had other plumbers tell me they would have to cut through the Sheetrock to repair pipe and that it would cost upward of $500.00! They lied. Anthony used a tool to pull out the part that broke off and replaced it with a new pipe. Right before he got there a screw fell into my disposal and it broke it. Anthony was able to take out the old one and replace if quickly. Really happy.

Technician was friendly, and fast. He explained to me everything he did, some of the features of the new equipment and didn't leave until I made sure everything worked. Excellent service.

Received 3 quotes for replacement of our hot water heater. Filan & Conner was priced in the middle but they gave me more information on hot water heater options (makes/models, BTU's, gallons, exhaust,etc). They showed up on time, removed old heater and installed new one. Township inspection passed without a problem.

Excellent Service - Pleased with PriceI recently had Filan and Conner complete a project in my kitchen. The were able to do an estimate right away. The price for the estimate was very good. I had an easy time scheduling for the job to be done. Each time a plumber was scheduled to come to my house, he called to let me know his arrival time. Each time the plumber was very punctual. All three plumbers from Filan and Conner were polite and courteous. The work was done quickly and without any mess (they even wore booties). As a bonus, one of the plumbers even answered some questions for me about another job and was of great assistance. I will absolutely use this company again for my next plumbing need.

They came out one day and did the rough plumbing and HVAC. I was putting in a waterline for my fridge and I was converting to gas. I was also putting a blower for my baseboard heat and upgrading to a new run. The second time they came when the appliances were all here they hooked them up and finalized the HVAC. Things were done on time and on budget. There was no hidden cost and they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I am very happy with them and would use them again in the future.

David Filan was courteous and called to tell me he would be arriving at the tail end of the window for my estimate. He was pleasant and gave an estimate lower than I expected. A few days later, two gentlemen from Filan and Conner came out to do the work. I was the first appointment of the day and they were punctual. They wore shoe covers inside my home, used a floor mat to protect my floor and cleaned up without a trace when the job was done. They were clean-cut, quiet and very pleasant and professional. In addition to doing the job scheduled, they answered my questions about how to install a garbage disposal and insta-hot tank. They made extremely helpful suggestions that proved invaluable to me. Overall, I was very pleased to use this company and so grateful to find them on Angie's List. I will use them the next time I need a plumber.
