Two very professional & friendly young men showed up on time. Went right to work and did an excellent job of cleaning my WHITE shingled roof. Will definitely hire again & refer friends and neighbors about their high-quality work.

This is my second go round with Diamond Roof Cleaning. My house is sparkling clean and even smells good. Yeah, you heard that right, my house even smells good like a big fluffy clean dog. Two neighbors asked me how I got it so clean. Now, my house is white and had some stains and what appeared to be mildew or mold on the side under the trees and around my front door. All clean now. Price was good - will use again.

Appointment was set up easily. Workman showed up at time stated and did a very professional job. Easy to work with and to talk to. Mike wants his customers to be happy with the services and will do what it takes to make you happy. No harm to property or shrubs. I would highly recommend this contractor. I have had my roof cleaned before but I feel this was the best job I have had.

I was referred to this contractor by a friend who hired him. All correspondence with contractor was thru Angie's list, never directly spoke. Pleased with estimate, but found another contractor for less. Diamond's only follow up was to see if I got estimate. I later contacted contractor to let them know I went with someone else

We recently moved to the Mt Laurel area and the house needed "some love". The outside was filthy and since the front is fully shaded, the roof and siding was covered in Mold/Mildew/Algae. Diamond Roofing did the front of the house and roof and the one side that was also dirty. The outcome was phenomenal. The roof looks brand new and the house is shining. Would def hire again. Prices and Quality was better than all the rest.

Arrived on time - took their time - provided information on what they would be doing - followed up with inspection.

It went well. They contacted me and provided a date for the following Wednesday. They removed all the dirt and algae on the siding and brought it back to life.

Outstanding job ! Two young men showed up on time. Both were very polite and professional. Placed trash bags around each downspout to collect the runoff. Sprayed the roof several times and then moved on to rear of the house. After about 1/2 hr. resprayed the roof again - North side. Waited and then washed it down again. The exterior walls and shrubs were all rinsed off several times. Roof looks like new again, WHITE instead of dark grey. Would definitely recommend this group of dedicated workers to everyone.

I contacted Mike for an estimate thru Angie's List. He responded right away. He came to my home to give us an estimate. He was very honest about removing all of the stain,because we could not use a power washer due to the amount of windows in the enclosure. It had to be done by hand. Mike called to confirm the day and time. His employee was prompt and went over the area many times to get as much of the stain as possible. Mike arrived to inspect the job and to make sure we were happy. I would recommend him and we will use him in the future.

That was good. They were fine. The job went very good. They did a great job. They were here on time and they were great. They were excellent, all the way around.

It was absolutely great! The gentleman that runs the business said what they will do and then it was done exactly as he described it. The fact that they forecast the finished time and were done within 15 minutes of that and the work site was totally cleaned up like they have never been here except for their sign down at the front of the yard. I will absolutely use them again. I have recommended them to several neighbors already.

The owner of the company Mike was responsive to my inquiry and called to set up a convenient time for the service. The service was done in about in 2 hours. All green film was removed from the vinyl siding. They were professional and met all expectations. The price was the same as quoted in the estimate.

Michael returned my initial call quickly, and promptly gave an estimate. We agreed on services to be done, price and date of service. He and his co-worker arrived on-time, explained what was to be done and got the job started promptly. The roof cleaning was done first, then gutters and white vinyl siding on the house. After completion of the work (approx. 4 hours); we inspected the roof and house once again, and Michael made sure I was satisfied with the job-----and I was! The roof looks brand new and the siding on the house is bright white again. I would definitely use Diamond Roof Cleaning again and highly recommend them!

It took about 6 weeks before all of the moss washed off and now my roof looks great.

It went very good! They seemed very professional, and they didn't take too long. In addition, they have decent price. They were good! Their manager came out, and he was there to oversee the finished product. Also, he answered the questions that I had.
