Timing Vince was always on time, if he said he was going to be there he was there...Typically early. In fact they started the job a week earlier than anticipated. If you are worried about a timeline, Vince is upfront and honest on deadlines. He finished everything within the stated timeframe. Design One of the things we really appreciated about Cintex was the design work. Vince came up with a sensational design for the small space we had. It made the space open and usable. Cindy was a phenomenal when it came to the finishing design. She spent a day with us and helped pick out cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures. This is a resource that can't be overvalued. Quality of work Vince's work was of sound quality. The work was done on an old home (1950) and you never know what you will find, Vince was great in his estimate and execution of work along the way. One of the things we liked was that Vince does the work himself. He was there for the estimate, the design and he was personally on the job for the install. We liked this, other companies have a "crew" there...we like working with one person throughout the project. Vince wanted to make sure along the way things were progressing to our liking, at the end of the job there were some things that needed to be straightened out and he was prompt and professional in addressing things to our satisfaction. Communication Vince was always available via text or phone. The work was done on a second home, so we were not always on site. Vince sent pictures of the progress daily and was sure to discuss any issues that came up. Price We got 4 estimates for the job. Cintex was not the cheapest and was not the most expensive, it was in the middle. We felt the price was very fair, especially given the personal touch with his work and the design services Vince and Cindy provided. He even installed an awesome pendant light as an extra, what a great surprise. Overall Vince and Cindy at Cintex were great to work with and we would recommend them to others.

They were very customer focused from the beginning of the process to the end. They worked very hard to ensure everything was perfect. They completed their work as planned and on time.

If you need remodeling work done, Cintex Enterprises is the company to call. We had several companies come into our home to give us an estimate for a complete kitchen remodel. Vince Braccili came and gave us ideas that the others hadn't come close to and his pricing was in line with our budget. One of the things I love about this company is the fact that Vince works in conjunction with his wife Cindy. Cindy came with us to the different suppliers when we picked our material and her knowledge and guidance helped us make the perfect choices, from the cabinets to the kitchen sink while keeping us within our budget. We were told that the project from start to finish would take 2 working weeks, and in fact in was finished in 8 working DAYS under budget and absolutely perfect. This is possible because ours was the ONLY job that they were doing, unlike other contractors, Cintex starts and finishes one job at a time. Vince the young man Jerry that was working with him are absolute geniuses when it comes to remodeling. and masters at their craft. 1. Extremely professional 2. Delivered what was promised and then some. 3. Only work on one job at a time 4. Vince and Cindy's relationship with their suppliers made picking out and purchasing materials a lot less intimidating for me.

Vince and Jerry are great workers! They are highly skilled, and professional. It is really amazing what they can do, transforming the worst room in our house into the best, by far. Much, much better than I could have done, in any amount of time. These guys are pros. They don't hire a bunch of unskilled helpers. It's just the two guys who know what they're doing. Cintex has a great business model. First, Cynthia took us shopping. She knows where and how to get the best deals on quality products, and she knows the products. It is great to have a smart shopper along with you. When Vince and Jerry started work, they moved all the new stuff into the garage. They hauled the old stuff out to a trailer they had parked in the driveway. Good riddance! It took less that a day to rip out the old bathroom. They laid down tarps, and cleaned up afterwords, so there was no mess. We plan to hire Cintex again, for our next project.

Completion of work was outstanding. Communication was excellent. Created a handicap friendly shower. Installed new vanity, new tiles (walls and floor), medicine cabinet, grab bar, towel rack and towel/robe hook. Project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Overall, a great experience!

I now have a beautiful kitchen! Vince & Jerry spent approximately 5 days fixing my kitchen. They were neat, clean, on time & extremely helpful. His price was reasonable & he went out of his way to make me happy.

I work for a flooring company that is ranked in the 10 companies in the US overall for the type of services my company provides. I specifically work with general contractors, project managers, and true commercial developers. I have been in my field for over 20 years and have conducted business with thousands of professionals over those years. With the amount of contacts that I have access to, I knew there was only one outfit that I would want to do work in my own personal house; Cintex Enterprises. From the very beginning, Vincent's professionalism is what made us feel comfortable that we had made the right choice. He was patient and attentive with our vision. I was specific with tile layout and he offered possibilities that he thought would take the project to the next level. I knew I needed someone who was familiar with working with higher end products such as handmade glass mosaics and floor heating systems. We did a full tear out and replacement. We signed contracts and was given a start date which held true. When Cintex does your project, they are dedicated to just your project. Vincent also doesn't subcontract out his work. He is on your project from start to finish and he is on site to address any issues from morning to late in the day. I was told that my project would take 6 days.. It was fully operational in 5. Day 6 was just small odds and ends. With my wife feeling overwhelmed with all the different selections that needed to be made, Cintex design services, specifically Cindy, simplified and streamlined the selection process. The budgets we had to work within made us feel that we had a tremendous amount of selection. Vincent's budgets are well above "builder grade" which eliminated upgrade charges that have blown many a project's budget when all is said and done. Vincent used drop clothes throughout his work area and before he left the jobsite for the day, vacuumed the entire area and left my house immaculate on a daily basis. We were given an agenda each day of milestones and it was executed. I was even sent pictures of the progress sent to my phone throughout the day of the progress being done and if any adjustments needed to be addressed, could be remedied immediately. We could not be any happier with the end result. We had a vision and Vincent and the crew from Cintex made it come to life. I have heard many horror stories being in the trade and have come to realize that you get what you pay for. My money was well spent. Hiring Cintex Enterprises to remodel our Kitchen, Master Bath, Family Room, Powder Room and all downstairs flooring was one of the best decisions we ever made. I contacted Cintex after finding them online and reviewing them on Angie?s list. They advertise a unique business model and have nothing but great reviews. With that many great reviews, I had to call for an estimate. Vince met with us to go over our remodel ideas and we were sold before he left. Vince told us about his business, how he works with customers to minimize the disruption to your home and stick to his timelines. He works on one job at a time and does all the work himself, along with Jerry. Together, they make quite a team. Within a short time,Vince drew up designs for each room and provided separate estimates for each one. Each estimate identified the work to be done, price and time required to complete the job. All work was estimated be done in 30 days. We wondered how all this work could be done by two people in that short amount of time....then we met Cindy. Cindy is terrific! She met with us numerous times, answered countless questions, offered advice and helped us decide on tile, flooring, fixtures, etc. Cindy kept us within our budget and steered us towards better quality products than big chain stores for about the same price. Cindy works directly with vendors and handles orders and delivery. Everything was ordered right and delivered on time. We received a call the week before to confirm the start date and time. Vince and Jerry arrived on time and quickly got down to business. I was impressed by how well they covered everything and took care when moving things around. At the end of each day, they vacuumed, swept, removed drop clothes and left the house in a usable condition! Each morning, Vince told us what was being done that day and communicated throughout the day to keep us informed. Each night, Vince told us what was planned for the next day. They even reconnected kitchen appliances whenever possible during the week and on weekends so we could still use them. We really appreciated that. The entire remodel process was very smooth and painless. All work was professionally done and turned out beautiful. The extra effort that Vince and Jerry made each day to keep our house clean and minimize the disruption was priceless. I would recommend Cintex Enterprises to anyone without reservation.

We had the pleasure of working with Vince Braccili and his lovely wife Cindy (Cintex Enterprises LLC) on the whole house renovation of our townhouse. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, Vince was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He chose and managed the project extremely well. Our job was done with care and precision. He is a talented contractor and the ideas and designs that were introduced and executed are amazing. In addition, he is extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust daily. They took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the house. My wife and I are both ecstatic with the workmanship and detail put into the project and have received lots of positive comments. The transformation is beyond our expectations. Most importantly, he was wonderful to work with. He was always available to offer information and even guidance on tough decisions. Each time we modified or added to the plan, he responded immediately and positively to our ideas. He even went so far as to return a few days after the job was completed to help us figure out how to get a 13? Shuffleboard Table through a basement window so that we could add to the already unbelievable finished basement that he was able to design and build for us. That type of kindness and attention to detail and pride in his finished product is rare these days and we can?t thank the entire crew enough. We will definitely recommend Cintex to family and friends.

Vince and Cindy run a stand up company. Very responsive, punctual, honest. Quality is excellent. We had a few minor hiccups during and even after the completion of the project and the issues were taken care of in a very timely manor without any additional cost. Cintex wants the customer to be happy, something that some contractors have forgotten these days. They do not nickel and dime the customer. We loved the fact that the total project cost is set ahead of time. Cindy helps the customer shop which is a HUGE help. There are so many choices these days and she makes it easier. Thanks again.

We had Cintex perform our kitchen remodel and it was the best decision we could have made. We interviewed three top rated contractors and Cintex was the clear choice. Here is why: They do one job at a time Our complete kitchen remodel was completed in just 7 days. This is especially critical when doing a kitchen as you wind up eating most every meal out and doing dishes in your bathroom sink. It is a costly and inconvenient time, and you don't want it to drag on longer than it should. Some contractors come and go doing multiple jobs at once, and you simply don't need to put up with that. These guys come in and knock out the work like you wouldn't believe so you are up and running as soon as possible. They do the entire job themselves With the exception of bringing in one of the best plumbers in the area to run our gas line, Vince and Jerry did the entire jobs themselves. No strangers coming to the house, just two skilled professionals. Vince even takes pictures each day of the progress of the job, so you can see how it is all going. They swept and vacuumed after each day of work. Cindy takes you shopping Vince's wife Cindy takes you around to their preferred stores and helps you pick out everything you need. We visited 3 stores for the flooring, faucets, and counters. She has an outstanding relationship with all the stores and you feel like a celebrity when you walk in. They all know Cindy and they all rush to help you. This was a tremendous help as our time is very limited with two small children. This was simply invaluable! They are honest, ethical, and great to be around An important consideration I had to make when choosing a contractor, beyond price and quality, was what kind of people I wanted to have in my house all day. I have a wife and two small children and I needed to be comfortable leaving them alone with strangers all day. Rest assured, these are the best kind of people you can find. They got along great and put up with two small kids always getting in their way. They go above and beyond The day before the job started we lost power in the huge storm that knocked power out for everyone. We had no power for three days. They still came in and did the job, and even brought us a generator to use and keep until the power came back so we could plug in our fridge. It was above and beyond, and much appreciated. You just can't go wrong with Cintex for any type of remodeling. Quality is amazing, prices are very fair, and Vince and his team are simply the best. They take great pride in their work and it shows. This will definitely be my contractor of choice for any future work.

Last start at the very beginning. Cindy called my wife to set up times they could go shopping together. The experience that Ginger (my wife) had with Cindy was nothing short of wonderful. We would never have known what to pick and how to pick what we did. They were able to pick everything the first time they went out, saving us time and money along the way. The great part about Cindy was the fact that she did NOT pick all the high price items but gave us the choice. On to Vince and the work. I could punch a clock with the way they were on time each morning. Vince is a true professional and his works shows that in every aspect. . They had a schedule of what they would do each day. They did not leave until that work was done each day so we knew exactly were we were. They also clean up every day and even vacuumed before they left. On to Jerry - He is also a great worker. Between the two of them all the work we needed done was done with the utmost skill and he is another one that doesn't know when to stop. I can't say enough about the 3 of these people. I would use them again without a second hesitation. Here is a list of what they did and may I say it as WAY beyond anything we could have wished for. The tub was changed to a floor to ceiling tiled shower with a wonderful bench seat with great sliding doors New full tiled floor New Toilet == New 48" Vanity -- Moved washing machine to other side of room and put all new plumbing in also. -- New lighting all over bathroom with fans also installed. == New medicine cabinet that is just beautiful. I would Highly recommend Vince and Cintex to do any projects you may have. THEY ARE TRULY "THE BEST"

Vince, the owner, is very honest and ethical. Vince stayed within our requested budget, completed top-notch work, and did so in an expedited fashion. We especially appreciated that Vince worked with us to talk about ideas and provided timely guidance on how to best bring our vision for the space into reality. We wouldn't even go with anyone else. Vince, Cindy and Jerry were amazing. Vince does everything with the help of his wife Cindy and his assistant Jerry. He sticks to his word on time frame. They work every day and only do 1 job at a time. They stay until yours is finished. He got all my work done in about 3 weeks. It looks like a brand new home. The quality of the finished product is amazing as well. They are all very easy to work with and accommodating. Vince is very easy to reach. I honestly can't say enough great things about them. . Cintex did a great job on our shore property! They performed a total interior demolition, installed a new kitchen and bath, and tiled all floors. Also Vince replaced all of ours doors, and trim. The place now looks so good that my wife insisted that we buy all new furniture!

Went exactly as we agreed. Never missed a step. Cindy went with me to help in the choosing of all products. I would have gone nuts without her help. Cintex Enterprises came very highly recommended by a friend of a friend. Their recommendation was almost too good to be true, but it was! We couldn't be happier with the work done by Vince and his assistant Jerry. Our new kitchen is more beautiful than we could have imagined and the experience of working with Vince and his wife Cindy was a delight! We had our first meeting with Vince in our home where he took measurements and gave us some ideas about how to make our kitchen more functional. He returned a few days later to present his estimate and computer-generated layouts of his proposed designs. We hired Vince based on his estimate (which included allowances for cabinets, tile, counter-top, etc), his professional demeanor, his stellar Angie's list rating, and the fact that he could complete the project in two weeks time. Other contractors told us the project would take 4-6 weeks and wanted us to wait until after Christmas to begin, which was over 2 months away! Vince returned again a few days later with his wife Cindy to go over the contracts and finalize them. Cindy is a designer and has relationships with all the suppliers. She came with Vince to see our home and get an idea of our personal style then shopped with me at their various suppliers to guide me through the process and advise me with regard to the budget. The work started and finished on time, in the two weeks that was proposed. Vince was in touch with us before, during and after the project to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Vince and Jerry do all the work themselves; there were no sub-contractors. A work order was posted in the space outlining exactly what we agreed upon in the contract meeting. During demolition, Vince taped up plastic at openings to other rooms to keep them clean and dust-free. At the end of each work day, Vince left the space clean and neat. Vince does excellent work and his main goal is a satisfied customer. He has many ideas and is a problem solver, always keeping the budget in mind. When we ran into an issue with our chosen cabinet supplier only offering a 12 in. cabinet where we needed a 9 in. cabinet for the space next to our range, Vince was able to come up with a plan to move the door opening to add an additional 3 inches. That work-around saved us from having to go to a more expensive cabinet supplier who did offer a 9 in. cabinet but would cost us $6,000 more! When our refrigerator was delivered and installed we were bothered by how it stuck out 6 inches beyond the counter edges. We were considering sending it back and purchasing a smaller fridge. Vince was able to recess the refrigerator into the wall an extra 3 inches which made us very happy! Cintex Enterprises does much more home improvement work than just kitchens. We plan to use them again in the future for any remodeling job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. You won't be sorry if you call Vince!

I am a contractor, not a home remodeling contractor but I know the business inside and out. Finding a contractor who works one project at a time, where the owner is doing the work next to his staff, where the owner will answer his phone immediately when you call (or call you back in short order), where the owner is with you from design to completion is RARE! Vince and Cindy at Cintex will treat your home like it is their own and so will their staff. In fact, if I could have put an A+ next to these I would have but that option isn't available. I consider myself rather knowledgeable in this area and Vince was able to point out things that I did not consider during the initial design phases of the 2 projects he did for us which resulted in a much better end result. I even tried to get them to do work on my place in Key Largo but I couldn't convince them to relocate haha. Besides the great job they did in both of my places, let me tell you the kind of person that Vince is...I recently had a significant water leak from the airconditioner condensate line in my attic which allowed water to get into the insulation/drywall & studs behind my almost new kitchen cabinets, backsplash, dishwasher and sink (NOTHING to do with the work Cintex did). I only realized that there was a leak because mold appeared inside of my cabinets...UH OH!!!! I called Vince to get a price to help do some investigative/selective demolition in order to get a handle on how big of a problem I had AFTER my insurance company told me that Mold wasn't covered under my policy. Vince came after work the next day, he removed the cabinets, drywall and insulation (all without damaging the backsplash glass etc...remember I am on the hook for everything, if anything gets damaged I could be looking at replacing the entire side of my kitchen). Vince found that the water was isolated between 3 studs and was able to remove all of the components, dry out the cavity and replace everything in 2 days...NO CHARGE. Enough said...as with so many things, you get what you pay for.

My wife and I are very pleased with our remodeling experience with Cintex. We immediately liked Vince when he came to our home to give us an estimate on our kitchen. He was easy to talk to, he emphasized that he only works on one job at a time and he let us know that his wife, Cindy, is available to help us shop, choose tile, granite, fixtures, cabinets, etc. Within a week Vince got back to us with an estimate, design plans, and an explanation of how the work would be done. Cindy is extremely friendly and sweet besides being quite helpful in making selections. The stores Vince and Cindy work with have good selections to choose from, but we knew that we could shop other stores if we preferred. When shopping with Cindy, you could tell that she is well liked and respected. Cindy really has an eye for what goes together and helped steer us toward styles we told her we liked. My wife and I are very indecisive, so it was great that we had Cindy to guide us and we couldn?t have done this renovation without her. Vince and Jerry were always on time (if not a little early), very polite, professional and neat. Every day they left our home in great condition, informing us as to what we could and could not touch. Our kitchen was gutted, new insulation, cabinets, flooring, sink, and appliances installed. We loved our new kitchen so much, we asked Vince to come back and give us estimates on our 2 ½ bathrooms! Our bathrooms were totally gutted, redesigned with unique ideas and turned out great. Instead of sitting around and waiting for a delivery to complete one project, Vince and Jerry volunteered to touch up a few water damaged spots on our bedroom ceiling and hang blinds in our family room. They truly went above and beyond in putting the customer first. Working with Vince, Cindy, and Jerry was a pleasure and we would highly recommend Cintex to our family, friends, and neighbors.

We were really nervous about beginning a home renovation project but wanted to utilize that wasted space in the basement. We reached out to a couple companies and instantly liked Vince, the owner of Cintex. He was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to go over our options. Vince listened to our ideas, gave us all the right things to think about and a fair price for everything we wanted. There was no sales pressure, which is nice. He estimated two weeks for the project to be done. Like most homeowners, we added a thing or two along the way and were pleasantly surprised at how responsive Vince was. During the planning Vince's wife Cindy took me shopping for the materials such as the granite, cabinets and flooring. She was such a help in getting us exactly what we wanted. Work started on time with Vince and Jerry showing up at 8 am every morning and going right to work. Everything was cleaned up and tucked away every evening. They framed and dry-walled, put in recess lighting with dimmers, plenty of outlets, laminate flooring, installed cabinets, a beverage center and granite. They created a closet under the stairs with proper lighting. Double doors were hung to separate the storage area and a single door to the furnace area. They moved support beams and gave us a great open look. We really liked the extra attention to details, for example installing and framing an area recessed into the wall for the cable box so that it is unobtrusive and installing the t.v. We asked Vince to come back after the painting was done and installed the pool table light, entry door, glass door knobs and pulls. He and Jerry ensured that the finishing touches were installed exactly the way we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the end result and are enjoying the new family room every day. We highly recommend Cintex and we are already trying to decide what project is next on our long list. Deciding WHO to hire for the job is a no-brainier. Cintex all the way!

Our experience started with a prompt return telephone call leading to the scheduling of an in home estimate. Vince the owner of Cintex arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. I showed Vince the bathroom we wanted remodeled and he took some measurements. He asked us to describe how we wanted our bathroom to look when the remodel was complete. Vince must have listened because a day or so later Vince sent us a great rendering that showed us how the bathroom was going to look when it was finished. The cost was reasonable so we decided to go ahead and schedule. Vince set a date to begin and was on time the date he promised. The work proceeded exactly as planned and was completed on time. Vince's wife Cindy to us to shop for accessories that went great with our chosen décor. We could be happier with our new bathroom!!!

First they offered us both a low end price and a high end price. We never felt pressured to do either-everything was an option based on what we were looking for in a bathroom. Cindy a co-owner spent an entire day with me & my daughter taking us to a plumbing supply store, a tile and granite store to help us/suggest all the items we wanted for our bathroom.We had lunch in between. Vince called shortly after to let us know when the start date would be. They were very quick and efficient once all the supplies came in. It was gutted down to the studs and completed and ready for painting in 5-6 days. Vince and Jerry were pleasant, informative and checked with me often on decisions that needed to be made regarding the design of the bathroom. Vince and Jerry always made sure that my house was covered to prevent dust, or dirt during the renovation. I would highly recommend Cintex and almost wish I had more bathrooms to have redone. By the end of the project, I felt like I had new friends rather than contractors- We had minor adjustments after and they were quick to come back and fix any issues we had. The best part of the project was Vince's IPOD playlist-He not only worked efficiently, but he showed us and my neighbors how American Idol was started! It was an overall awesome experience and we would highly recommend Cintex for your next home renovation.

Flawless! Absolutely perfect. From our initial contact with Cintex Industries, to the completion of our project, this company exceeded our expectations. My husband and I met with Cindy on several occasions to select our products. She was very knowledgeable with regard to the materials we required. Her expertise and advice in selecting the right tile was reassuring. The materials were delivered in a timely manner and our job began as scheduled.
