At first it seemed great. I liked that his wife got involved and helped me pick items out (however you can only shop at the stores where they take you.) The first thing I noticed was the uneven and crooked tiles he laid in my house. He said he was going to put something on the concrete so that the floors would be even. That didn't happen. All of my floors, kitchen, den, hallway and living room are all uneven. They are uneven to walk on and also crooked. I complained to him and he said there was nothing he could do. The grout colors were also wrong, he tried to tell me they were the colors I picked out! I only chose one color for the kitchen. By the time he was ready for the rest of the floors, he just went ahead and did them and picked out the colors himself. There was an error in the granite I chose (he said the salesperson wrote down the wrong color name) I was at work when the granite was being installed and someone else in my house overheard him and his wife talking about how the granite was wrong and they called me and said to come home from work. I did and as I was standing there in my kitchen and they were installing the wrong granite, Vince did not tell them to stop but instead tried to convince me it was the granite I picked out! Once he realized that I wasn't falling for it and I was not going to accept the wrong granite, that's when, I believe, he totally checked out from this job. I had to ask him to come back to correct many things during the job. The dishwasher was in the wrong place and I even had to ask him to order more cabinets because the design he gave me on paper didn't match what he actually put in....it became a nightmare. So now I have a kitchen with uneven hanging cabinets, crooked drawer handles, uneven range exhaust hood, two doors that were never fixed like he promised, uneven and crooked tiled floors in my den, kitchen, hallway and dining room, incorrect grout color, blocks of wood in lieu of molding, a half painted cabinet top (he actually spray painted it in the kitchen with people in the house, when he realized he didn't order the correct cabinet), a crooked island, a cheap under-cabinet garbage bins (one of the first things I mentioned to him was that I wanted a built- in garbage bin like I had) - I can go on. A frozen pipe burst and took out my kitchen, hallway, den and dining room in February 2014. The job was completed in July 2014. I should be ecstatic that I finally have my kitchen back however every time I'm in it I get angry and sickened by how shoddy he threw it together and how shoddy it looks. A "man of my word" - I think not Vince.

Cintex was on time, complete cleanup after each day of work. He finished the project a day earlier. I had a problem with one of the wall edges that had popped up. Vince came right away and at my convenience to fix the problem. Overall, IU was extremely pleased with his work.

We are very very pleased with every part of our remodeling experience with Cintex. From the process of receiving an estimate, discussing design plans/budget and signing the contract to the actual work that was performed - everything was done on time and on budget. Choosing our tile, fixtures, vanity, etc. was a pleasure - easy, fun and Cindy is extremely knowledgable and helpful in making selections and pulling all the pieces together so we had a good idea of what the final product would look like. Vince and his crew were always professional and polite. They worked all day, every day and left our home in immaculate condition at the end of the day - you would never know that they had completely gutted and were remodeling our bathroom. We would recommend Cintex to any of our friends and neighbors. Our new bathroom is gorgeous and surpasses our expectations of what we thought we could do with a relatively small space. This was a positive experience from beginning to end!

I had contacted a few Companies regarding renovations for our two bathrooms. We haven't used the Master bath since 2008 due to a leak caused by a prior contractor's negligence and caused damages costing over $60 thousand dollars which included Environmental Tests,Mold Remediation, destruction of our family room caused by remediation, Lawyers Fees and nearly costing the life of my daughter because we had no idea there were 17 different molds hidden in our walls and ceiling of our laundry room. She suffered from an infection in her lymph nodes and hospitalized for two weeks at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Once I was able to recover some of the costs to have both of the bathrooms fixed I contacted a few Contractors. One of the contractor's turned down the job because it was a business decision and didn't want to take the risk in dealing with any further issues. The second contractor I spoke with over the phone. After I explained the situation and Without actually coming to my home or seeing any pictures of the bathrooms told me,It would cost at least $20k for just one bathroom because they are a company that deals with high end only,and didn't want to hear about me wanting to save our existing brand new tub or toilet. After weeks of frustration, I contacted Cintex Enterprises. Vincent, returned my call the same day. Once again I explained our situation, That same afternoon he was at our home to inspect what had to be done. He said it would take about two weeks. I hired Cintex Enterprises May 28, 2013 work began on June 3rd and completed by June 14th. Vince and Jerry (Employee of Cintex)and Cindy are outstanding individual's. I met with Cindy (Vince's Wife)who helped me with the process of selecting tile,cabinet,faucets,vanity and anything else needed to begin the project. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so grateful for their Kindness, Patients and Consideration. My 10 year old daughter was so impressed she made a Thank you picture for everyone! We were very happy with the results and to finally use our master bathroom after not using the tub for 5 years. I highly recommend Cintex Enterprises, They are rare gems!!

It went well. I think they did a good job. I think that they basically did exactly what they said they’re going to do and when they’re going to do it. They run over a little bit but I don’t think that’s entirely their fault and we had finished up later when we both get together and get it done. The companies they use for the different selections are very good and they’re very close together so it’s very convenient. There are some things that I think could have been done better. They are pretty punctual. I think they are very professional.

They do a good job. My husband is a home inspector and people have used their company and are very impressed by them. He recommends them. We have seen some of the work he has done and it is impressive. The owner is a real good craftsman who is a good person. It is a family-owned business and they are real good people.
