I reached out to Donna and she created a system of cataloging, 242 types of fabric. This included measuring, identifying fiber, swatching and the end result is a catalog that correlated to a bin the fabric was being held in at my storage. My shelves are organized. My fabrics are protected, and I could not have done it without her. She understood the tools that were necessary to make it happen and she completed the process in a timely fashion. They designed our layout on the spot after taking measurements and I later sent in some modifications. They sent back the designs next day and we approved the project. It took about 2-3 weeks for the closet to be custom cut at their facility and about 2 hours to install. The quality looks great and we are very happy with the end product. As a side note, their office manager is very responsive and offers excellent customer service."
