The owner, Bob Keller, cannot be trusted. He will tell you what you want to hear and not deliver. I hired him to do my patio. He took forever to start the job and then took over a month to "complete" it. He never actually finished it fully. Was supposed to come back and plant a tree for me and fix a couple mistakes and put the sand over/between the pavers. Then he promised to refund me some of my money since he didn't come back... Still waiting for a check 6 months later. He's a lying crook.

Bob Keller the owner is disrespectful and unprofessional when you ask questions with his short temper, unreliable does not follow through with anything he promises, Paid upfront for the lawn care and had to do it myself every week before finally firing him after multiple issues. Didnt show up to do the landscaping, had to do that too on my own. Never returned my money back after multiple requests and it is now in court trying to recover the funds for the job he was paid to do. At the seasons end he will be losing multiple houses in my development, was already fired by 5 people that I know of on my street with two of us taking him to court. By the way just like how he didnt show up to cut the grass every week he never showed in court either. So if you want to pay for his services, get stressed out and end up doing it yourself be my guest R P Keller Landscaping is the choice for you. Highly recommend finding anyone else to take care of your lawn.

We reached out to this provider starting on May 8th for repairs to our irrigation system. We spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone together and we received an estimate of about $250-$300 from this provider. We were told the provider would be by our house the week of May 11th to check-out the repairs needed. No one ever showed up that week. We contacted them again the week of May 15th and left 2 voicemails that week. We never received a call back and no one ever showed up to our home.

Excellent experience. I needed my sprinkler system winterized before the freezing weather. Bob came out on the same day and got the job done. Great communications and very professional. Will definitely use him again.

I couldn't be happier with the service, his crew was in and out in a couple of days and my yard never looked better. Bob is very creative and knowledgeable. I receive many compliments on how well my yard looks.

I called them and asked for an estimate. They asked me to fill out a form on their website to request a quote and they would get back to me within the week. I received an automated reply that they got the request. Its been a month and they still have not contacted me.

Emailed to get a quopte on new sod for 900sf on my front lawn. They never got back to me.

I called Keller to mulch my planting beds. When I called, I reached their answering machine, so I left a detailed message. Within the next few days, I emailed them through their website requesting a price quote. They did not respond to either request. Their business is located literally two blocks from my house and I fully expected better service from a local company.

Keller arrived on time for the estimate and job walk. He was knowledgeable in the work needed to be done. We had several items of work to perform: preparation of a site for a shed, drainage improvements, and planting beds. Keller made suggestions on location taking into account access and shed installation requirements. The tree in our neighbor's yard overhung the work area and another tree in our yard. The tree needed to be trimmed to be clear of the work area for the shed installer. Keller also let us know that trimming the would help the other tree in our yard that was not doing well because the larger tree was blocking too much sun. It would be a thinning of branches to keep the larger tree healthy also. That seemed to work as the smaller tree started sprouting new leave shortly after the other was trimmed. The crew arrived as scheduled. They were professional during the work and did not leave a mess. The final bill matched the estimate. We would hire Keller again for future landscaping.

This landscaping company was responsive from the beginning, returning my calls promptly. Bob Keller gave a fair estimate, knew what materials were needed, and estimated the time line of the job correctly. The work started on time and was done with pride and quality. His crew was neat and mannerly. Bob supervised all the work and reviewed it when completed. He went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied. I would definitely hire this company again for my landscaping needs.

Great experience from beginning to end! When Bob Keller came to do the estimate he surveyed the site and was extremely helpful in putting together the final plan. He offered a number of options for me to save money without compromising the final product. The project was done as planned, on budget and on time. As noted in a previous review, his workers work just as hard when he is not there as compared to when he is there. From now on Bob Keller is the only landscaper I'll call to do anything in my yard.

Bob Keller came out and gave us a clear estimate on the work we originally planned, which was just a lawn and irrigation at that time. We told him that we eventually wanted to do other things, like the paver patio, and plantings, so he went ahead and gave us estimates on all of the planned jobs. He then gave us an estimate for the entire job at one time, which was a great discount, so we decided to go ahead with the entire job. The work was performed as specified, on time, and in a very professional manner. The crew was there every day until the job was done, and they work as well when Bob Keller is NOT there ase they do when he is. They are not only reliable, but they do excellent work on both the installation and the maintenance. We will continue to use this company for all of our landscaping needs.

Services were completed quickly and thoroughly. The crew arrived, performed the job and were finished in less than 1 day. Bob did a full landscape renovation on our yard several years ago and the results we're amazing, we get complements all the time. The main thing I appreciate about Keller Landscaping in addition to their top notch lawn services is that the owner, Bob Keller, actually remembers in detail everything we've discussed over the years his company has maintained our property and builds on the existing landscape improvements over time.
