I couldn't be more pleased! My husband suffered an emergency injury right before the inspection so I had to rush to the appointment without him there. Mr. Estes was kind, thorough, explained everything to me multiple times, answered all my questions thoroughly, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Because he was a last-minute pick, and was available at the moment we are at such short notice, I did not have high expectations. I could not have been more pleased!
Description of Work: We needed a last minute home inspection for a multi-family dwelling (two of our inspectors cancelled on us last minute!!). Mr Estes did an extremely thorough inspection of all areas of the home, including the roof, boiler/heating, electrical, and many others.

Description of Work: I would use them again if I were buying another property. The inspector took the time to walk around the property and explain various findings, and came back a second time at no additional cost to confirm that outstanding issues were fixed.
