Sky contracting, sent a professional young man to our house to remove the asbestos on the staircase. The man put plastic liners up to seal off the area, so no asbestos leaked into the air to the rest of the house. He removed the asbestos tiles from the staircase. He then measured the air quality, and when it was perfect, he removed the liner. He cleaned up after everything was completed. I was very pleased with his work.

I needed asbestos abatement for my basement heating pipes. Once I met Danny rep from Sky Contracting, he was courteous and explained everything that I needed to do and gave me a reasonable cost. The process and removal of the asbestos done professionally, neatly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for any type of job cleaning asbestos, etc.

Quick and painless!

Unlike the other reviews, I have a very different perspective of this company. I'm a property manager and have done several of these projects. My experience was at first smooth at first but it got worse and worse. Something went wrong with the project. Let me tell you that I got stood up 3 times at the work site. This has happened to be before but only from people who intended to scam me. Sky Contracting had stated that they would be at a location at a certain time. Knowing that it would take me 30 minutes to get there, they still would simply not show up. On the 3rd time, they did show up but since they only gave me 20 minutes to show up, they didn't have the decency to wait 10 minutes. To them, the niceness and honesty falls away once the money is paid and you'll see what you truly get. Also, be very careful of how they dispose of the materials. The federal laws on asbestos is one of the strictest on the books. If they dump it anywhere else except for a designated, regulated area, YOU will be on the hook for it as well as the contractor. That's how strict the asbestos regulations are. If you doubt the authenticity of this review, look up my other reviews and you'll see that I write honestly about the businesses that have done work for me. I write great reviews for the contractors that do a great job and give poor performances that do a horrendous job.

Very professional and fast. They also had the best price. I would definitely recommend them.
