Russo Contractors

On January 5th and 6th, 2010 my fiancee had her detached 2- car garage re-roofed by Chris Russo's team of roofers (TCR Construction, LLC.) She was very impressed that Chris immediately returned her calls and/or e-mails. He was very professional in notifying her of any scheduling delays due to winter weather. On the day of the job, his crew arrived promptly when they said they would. They worked quickly and conscientiously and completed most of the job on the first day. Chris also called her on the evening of the first day to let her know that they would be finished soon after 12 noon the following day and the dumpster would be gone when she returned home from work. She really appreciated this courtesy! When she got home she noted that they had completed a very good clean up. To be safe (she had a bad experience with another contractor who re-roofed her house) she checked the long driveway with a large magnet stick and only found two nails - a much better clean-up than the previous company's effort! All in all, she and I were very, very pleased with both the professional ethics and the fine job that was done by Chris's team! The roof looks great! She and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a responsible, family owned company to do roofing or other contractor work. Thank You Chris!

WE HAVE HAD RUSSO ROOFING DO SEVERAL ROOFING JOBS ON OUR HOME. THEY DID OUR ORIGINAL ROOFING JOB 10 YEARS AGO, THEN WE HAD THEM COME BACK THIS YEAR TO UPDATE THE ROOFING ON ONE SIDE OF OUR ROOF SO WE COULD HAVE SOLAR PANELS INSTALLED OVER IT. CHRIS WAS ABLE TO MATCH OUR ROOF PERFECTLY AND THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER. CLEAN UP WAS DONE IMMEDIATELY. RUSSO ROOFING ALSO CLEANED DISCOLORATION ON THE NORTH SIDE ROOF. WE WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY WORK ON OUR HOME.

They were very personable, efficient and professional. They came on time and finished the work in timely manner. They also cleaned up everything after the work was done. They did an excellent work and I was very happy with their quality of service. They gave me an accurate estimate and the price was very reasonable too.

They did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They did it in 3 days.

THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL. HE HIRED SOME OUTSIDE PEOPLE TO DO OTHER WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. SOME OF THE OUTSIDE HELP THAT THEY HAVE DONE WITH OTHER WORKERS CAUSED PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB RIGHT.
