CONTRACTOR IN TO DO EVERYTHING RIGHT. WE EVEN CONTACTED OUR ATTORNEY TO SEE IF WE COULD GO AFTER THEM, UNFORTUNATELY, IT JUST WASNT WORTH OUR TIME, BUT WE WERE VERY CLOSE TO DOING SO. STAY FAR AWAY FROM RUSSEL RAY CONSTRUCTION- IF HE DOES THIS POOR OF A JOB ON HIS OWN HOME, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT HE DOES ON OTHER PROPERTIES HE WORKS ON.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT RAYS OLD HOUSE IN WAYNE. HE AND HIS FAMILY INTENTIONALLY HID PREEXISTING DAMAGE. ALSO, THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THE HOUSE RECENTLY, THAT HE DID RECENTLY ON THE NEWLY BUILT ADDITION (ELECTRICAL, ROOFING, AND MUCH MORE) WAS DONE IN AN EXTREMELY SHODDY FASION. WE HAD TO GET A CONTRACTOR IN TO DO EVERYTHING RIGHT. WE EVEN CONTACTED OUR ATTORNEY TO SEE IF WE COULD GO AFTER THEM, UNFORTUNATELY, IT JUST WASNT WORTH OUR TIME, BUT WE WERE VERY CLOSE TO DOING SO. STAY FAR AWAY FROM RUSSEL RAY CONSTRUCTION- IF HE DOES THIS POOR OF A JOB ON HIS OWN HOME, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT HE DOES ON OTHER PROPERTIES HE WORKS ON.

It went very well. He was great. He was always timely and very courteous. He was very professional. He was a pleasure to have around. Sometimes construction work can be a nightmare and he was not.
Description of Work: We used Russell Ray Construction to build two porches.

He was the most meticulous people I have ever used. He is very reputable and he stays throughout the entire project to supervise. He also had the best price of all the bids I received. I will absolutely use him again.
