LT Construction Services

I needed my driveway and sidewalk redone and front entrance stairs repaired. I called LT construction and Steve came out to explain what needed to be done, how long it would take, and provided me with an estimate. He came out on Friday and by Tuesday morning everything was completed as per our requests and everything was left clean and tidy. They even beat their deadline of a week. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I would definitely be calling back should I need any other repairs. Thank you guys!

Within a few days the repair was completed and clean-up was great!

Hired on Saturday and completed the task on Monday. They came with enough men to do the job in one day. Everything was done and the clean up was meticulous.

LT Construction was able to complete a fairly massive project in five working days. The guys were all very focussed and worked very hard. They did a good job. I had two other quotes. One quote was for quite a bit less and the other was for slightly less than LT Construction. The difference was speed. LT Construction called me up and made an appointment 10 minutes after I posted the job. They showed up and made a quote the next day. Tony inspired confidence that they could deliver. The entire project was finished two weeks after I posted.

Services were provided by Tony. He was the first to call and schedule an appointment right away. He was prompt, looked at what needed to be done and gave an affordable estimate. I did not need to get additional estimates. He was focused and got the job done quickly & professionally. I would definitely hire again and recommend to family and friends.

These guys did a nice job and got it done quickly. The only reason I didn't give all fives is b/c one step already seems to be a tad loose but I'm hoping it doesn't become an issue. Other than that, everything looks great.

**PLEASE READ** Spoke with Tony who came out for the estimate. He spoke a good game, but was unable to deliver. I needed my front step repaired (1 step) approx. 4x6. Brick work on the trim and some light concrete work. Tony charged half the price of the estimate for a complete replace, and did a POOR Job! spent about 2 hrs with another guy, and threw it together like amateurs. When everything dried ALL of the bricks were crooked, and discolored. None of the concrete work that was applied matched. The concrete looked like 3-4 different colors were used (I had noticed they were using multiple bags which was odd). I assumed they used whatever they had left over from other jobs. I was completely horrified at the work that was done. I couldn't believe that the 1(ONE)!! step could look any worse than when they had started. I called Tony to let him know the work was nowhere near what I had expected from him, and that it was worst. Tony's response was "it's repair work." I assume he meant that I was supposed to deal with it at that point. Tony said he would return 2 days later to correct the work done, and that was over a week ago. Tony if your reading this..how do you sleep at night after doing something like that to a hardworking family. Do the right thing, and just give me my money back so I can fix your mess, and put food on the table for my kids. Update (July 5, 2016): Spoke with "Steve" supposed owner of company came out to evaluate job done (only because of bad review not good for business) and told me he would get back to me.. Update (July 21, 2016) I called "Steve" and he couldn't even remember who I was! He stated he wanted more money to fix the job he did. I did not agree..he stated he would refund my money. Towards the end of the conversation he became irate and said don't call me anymore or I will call the cops on you! I lost money with them, but hopefully my experience will save another from this happening to them. God Bless

Tony reconfirmed the appointment the day before and showed up on time. Immediately went to work and afterwards cleaned up and removed all debris from the job site. Would highly recommend them.
