+ -1 moreAllen promised to be there after 2PM and was there at 2:30PM on the dot and provided a temporary fix until the parts come in on Tuesday. I can't say enough thank you for responding the same day and within hours to help out my mother.
Description of Work: My mom's garage door would not open and she was stuck not being able to get out of her with a vehicle.

+ -1 moreWhen I called and explained how doors jumped, they diagnosed worn pulleys and offered to come and give free estimate. They came exactly at the time promised. They explained to me what needed fixing. No pressure or upsell - they just showed me the worn parts. I deceided to get both doors fixed - one also had a frayed cable and worn springs. Now, both garage doors work great!
