I have a center hall colonial house. I removed wallpaper and painted the hall but hired Joshua to do the stairway. In one day they removed the wallpaper and the paste, sanded and repaired the wall, primed the wall and put on two coats of paint! They politely pointed out that my paint job in the hall was not very good and asked if they could put another coat over it for no extra cost! They did and it looks so much better. Carlos and Miguel did a wonderful job and cleaned up everything. The cost of $900 was very fair. Even if you get a lower bid I would go with them for the proven quality of their work.

Round 2! Interior Painting Kitchen & Cabinets, Installed 1/4â Sheetrock over plaster ceiling. Painted Front and back 2 floor tall hallways, spackle and fixed uneven plaster. Painted swatches of a range of colors of my paint chart chosen colors. Such an important step. Because of lighting you may indeed change your mind on which color to use. Installed a ceiling fan that has Remote control and 2 switches. Came back last day to clean. A job that would have taken us 2 months, finished in a week. Unbelievable hardworking team.

Professional, accommodating, meticulous, giving guidance, suggestions and good listeners. Replaced the ceiling, removed tiles, replaced with drywall and painted . For the walls, Painted 10 sample colors to choose from! Really taking an extra step to be sure our vision was the final outcome. Took all garbage away. We plan to use Joshua Painting again.

Joshua painting team did an amazing job for the interior painting project for me. This project includes first floor and basement. Thatâ s approx. 2000 sq ft.. They use high quality paint and pay attention to every details such as corners, crown molding, baseboard and edges. They took all necessary steps priming the wall first and paint two layers. The foyer and family rooms have high ceiling. They were very careful in checking all areas done right. As the project took several days, they clean up the areas daily, so not causing inconvenience. Overall, our family is very happy with the fine job they delivered.

Carlos was the first contractor to respond to my RFP to repair ceiling damage caused by a plumbing leak. He asked for photos of the areas, and confirmation of paint color and then provided a flat fee proposal. He confirmed scheduling, came precisely on time, and did an amazing and professional job. Carlos and his co-worker are also courteous, explained what they needed to do and left the worksite spot free. Highly recommended and will use them again.

So glad to have hired this team! Carlos and Miguel responded right away, came right on time and did a great job for a fair price. We had to repair holes in the ceiling in a south facing room, so needed a perfect repair with â artisanâ sparkling skill and we got it! Totally recommend them!

We would HIGHLY recommend Carlos for painting your home! The final job is beautiful and meticulous but where he really excelled was in the process. Carlos was SO patient and forgiving as we picked colors (and then changed them a few times!) He also had really informed advice about ceiling color options depending on how dark or light the particular room was. When they moved/covered furniture it was all done with the utmost care and everything came out exactly as we wanted it. He and his team were communicative during the process to make sure we were satisfied. A job really well done!

Carlos and his top man Miguel are awesome. I have a brand new house, Miguel is such a talented artist and repairing my ceilings and walls. His painting was impeccable as well as Carlos. They were neat they cleaned after every day came back on time each day. If you⠠re looking to get anything painted they did the interior of my home exterior of my home and repaired all walls and ceilings. Do not be afraid this is a fabulous team. Joshua painting was the first one to call and after looking at several companies their communication was the best and their price was the best. They arrived on time like clockwork we're very friendly and extremely thorough. They have a high level of expertise for interior painting and although I do painting myself I learned quite a bit from them on how the pros do it. They were focused fun and made my house look new again. I will hire them every time I need a painter. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs paint work done.

Carlos responded instantly to my Home Advisor inquiry and continued to be very responsive via phone and text. My quote was half the price of another estimate I received from another contractor who wasn't reliable. Carlos and his guys completed the job a few days later. We had damage to our living room ceiling (20ft high) from the ADT installer in the attic almost falling through. The guys patched it all up, spackled, and painted all in 1 day of work. Looks like nothing ever happened! The guys were polite, respectful, wore their masks the entire time, protected my floors, wrapped everything in plastic, and cleaned up everything after. They helped me rearranged my furniture back how it was and even mopped up the dust! We will definitely be hiring Joshua Painting for other jobs around our home soon, highly recommend!

Carlos and his crew did an excellent job, kept our house clean through the process, and all for an affordable price. Another contractor refused to do this job but Carlos scheduled the work immediately. Highly recommend for any projects.
