Unfortunately Mr. Rosen did not call or show up.

I was generally satisfied but it took them a very long time to do the work. They had to come back several times to get the installation correct. They guarantee their work. They were neat and eventually got the job done. Everything is now functioning very well. They were so good about coming back time and again to try to solve the problem. I found them reliable and accessible. Their price was fair.

They were fabulous. They were punctual and nice. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

I had a faulty outlet and he fixed it. He replaced a receptacle that had burned out. He was neat and clean. He was great. He came on time. He was very professional. He was a very nice guy. I spent about $200. I will use this company in the future.

We called Bob Rosen (Jen-Val)towards the end of November to set up date for him to come and give us an estimate. After we rescheduledThe first date we set up, he had to cancel the second date due to bad weather as the estimate involved looking at an outside motion sensor light. After taking about 15 minutes to review the various jobs he said he would get us a quote by email and I gave him my email address. After a week went by with no contact, I called him and left him a message on saturday the 12th to let him know we were still waiting to get his quote and I was not sure if he wanted the job but could he let us know. Finally he calls us on Wed Dec 16th and tells us the job is too small for him to come this far (13 miles). He also let us know that he had a friend named "JIm" who was closer to us geographically who does electrical work. He said he thought "Jim" would have called us by today Wed Dec 16th. To date we have not heard from "Jim" I understand a job being too small but I think Mr Rosen probably knew that the minute he left our house. I am sure it didnt take him 11 days to figure that out. He struck me as someone who really knew his profession very well but couldnt be bothered with the courtesy of a prompt and professional " no thank you" or " I'm sorry but you would be better off contacting someone closer"

He responded to a telephone call promptly, came when he said he would. Cleaned up mess.

I use this electric company because I like a guy named Bob Rosen. I can leave my door open for him, have him come in and do work and have him send me a bill. That is how much I trust this company. I have been using them for a long time and I will continue to do so because they just have never let me down.
