I called Moses just before New Years Eve regarding our 8 year old gas dryer. It was making louder than normal noises and taking hours to dry one washload. Moses was very accommodating and offered to come over at our convenience (even on the holiday!). We set up a date and time range. Moses arrived within that range and completed the repair quickly (replaced roller assembly) and at a price we were willing to pay to repair an 8 year old dryer. We were happy with the repair and would definitely recommend Handler. We would not hesitate to call again if we need an appliance repair in the future. Thank you Moses!

Moses determined that there was no mechanical problem with the washing machine. Repairs were not needed. We had a short power outage that may have affected the machine’s performance. He ran a load of wash without a problem. Moses was professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable. My wife and I have been doing wash for many years. Yet Moses gave us advice on how to use our machine more efficiently.

My machine was leaking. Moses found a tear in the front door seal. He was here within hours of calling, and was able to order a part for installation only 2 days later which was fine with me. The leak was minor and not that urgent. He also pointed out a rusted out valve that would likely be a problem at some point in the future, so I had him replace that as well. I would certainly call Handler Appliance for any future needs.

Our water supply to the fridge was slow & weak, Moses from Handler Appliance came & fixed, turns out we had a leak in the back of the fridge & needed a part. The part came in a few days later & he returned to fix the fridge. He didn't charge us for a 2nd service as it was included in the 1st charge. He was knowledgeable & very nice.

Very well. We called them on Christmas Day & they came when they said they would & on time. A part had to be ordered. They came back the next day again on time & the machine was fixed. The cost was very reasonable too. Great service!

Excellent Work! Moses went above and beyond and takes extreme pride in his work. After dealing one the company where we purchased our machines missing the mark 4x’s, He was right target. Courteous, neat, and extremely knowledgeable! Writing the review within hours of the work as It’s well deserved!

Moses did an amazing job replacing the drain nozzle and In thawing out all of the collected ice. He was very personable and professional and took about an hour to complete. The price was fair and I’d definitely use Handler again.

Moses looked at our washing machine. It's ten years old. The estimate to repair is $500. I decided it's not worth it to put the money into it. It's still working and haven't rushed to get a new one. He was here again last night to fix our freezer. The door wouldn't close. My husband's fault as he tends to leave it open on occasion. He explained the problem and repaired the door. It closes now. All is well again. I will definitely call Handler Appliance again. Very professional and courteous.

Not only is Moses such a lovely person, his repairs are spot on and at a reasonable price. Our built-in refrigerator was pooling water every 24 hours and he painstakingly took it apart and defrosted the parts and cleaned them out and then put it all back together. While the ice was steaming off he fixed the ignition on my range (that had been bothering me for over a year). I will definitely be calling Handler again the next time any appliance breaks. (And I am sure something will)

Extremely well. He came to house when he said he would and fixed the problem after ordering part a few days later. It's hard to find people who show up when they say, know how to solve the problem, and then come back in a timely manner. And all with a very pleasant positive demeanor. I would definitely recommend.

Dryer repair was completed quickly. Stove repair required multiple visits but was completed eventually.

Great! Not only did Isaac do a great job of installing my new dishwasher (and did it with a great sense of humor!), but he found an ingenious way to fix a design flaw in how my kitchen was built, in order to hide the overly large gap between the edge of the dishwasher and the cabinets right next to it. So, there was much more value added than just basic installation. I would definitely recommend Isaac, and use him again!

Handler showed up when expected, explained everything he did as he went, and was funny to boot. Cleaned the filter thoroughly as well as replacing the motor and explained how to do it in the future.

Repair did NOT correct problem. Will purchase a new refrigerator. He did the repair but it was much bigger than that. So he refunded the repair. The only thing he charged me was the service call.

Our clothes dryer stopped heating and we called Handler. I described the problem and he immediately pinpointed what the issue probably was. Isaac came the very next morning and right on time. He was very professional and personable and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He then fixed the problem immediately. I would like to note, he had the part with him which was great. I would definitely call them again.

Mr. Handler was able to diagnose the problem with the details I had given to him and confirmed it with a physical examination of the freezer. He replaced the faulty part with a new one and cleaned up water on the kitchen floor. My experience with Handler Appliance was excellent and I would not hesitate to call again for appliance service or recommend them to anyone I know.

Excellent! I called later on a Friday evening and he scheduled to come next day. He came prepared with the appropriate parts and fixed our freezer completely. On his way out gave friendly advice on fridge and dishwasher filters. I highly recommend and gave referrals already. Great job Handler!!
