OUTSTANDING! After 3 days of frustrating repeated delays and reschedules by another contractor who had served us well 2 or 3 years ago, we decided to select someone else online. In my haste I dialed a number other than the one for the contractor we selected. But our luck had changed for the better as we mistakenly dialed Handler's number. We were offered early evening of the same day but opted for the following afternoon. Mosh called to alert us 15 minutes early and appeared promptly. After listening he turned the machine on, but no leaking was evident. He searched elsewhere, including the downstairs ceiling where leakage had been evident. We discussed the matter further and he made another careful examination under the dishwasher, which was still proceeding through it's cycles. Then he was able to show a video he made underneath and to the rear showing a valve that had just begun to leak. He had a replacement on his truck and promptly made the replacement. The dishwasher has functioned perfectly since then. Mosh arrived after a busy day on this very hot summer day neatly attired for work, including his COVID-19 mask. He wasted no time but never left us with the feeling that he was rushed or cutting any corners. He obviously knew what he was doing and gave us a confident feeling. He left his work area as neat and clean as if he hadn't been here. His manner was as polite and courteous as could be and his visit was a pleasure

Excellent, nice, professional and reasonably-priced service. He saved us the cost of buying a new refrigerator! It's been half a year I think and our new refrigerator motor is still running strong. He's in our addressbook for future appliance service.

The repair man arrived promptly as scheduled. I was called when he was 30 minutes out from my house. He replaced the main control panel on my refrigerator in about 10 minutes for a very reasonable price and diagnosed the ice maker, which he is returning to fix next week. Super, professional and reliable. Absolutely the best. Wow.

Handler Appliance called me very quickly after submitting my request one evening. They were able to come to our house the next day and fixed our refrigerator that had been leaking. The whole job was done in under 30 minutes and the price was very fair. We can't recommend them enough. Prompt, professional, fair, and friendly.

Handler Appliance got back to me quickly and Moses arrived right on time as scheduled to repair the burner that wasn’t working and check the oven temperature. I appreciated how he explained in detail how the temperature that is set will vary up and down as the thermostat clicks on and off, and assured me the oven was heating properly within a reasonable range. Price was very reasonable. And we learned a lot about earthquakes and volcanoes from his very astute son who came along to help! Will definitely be calling again for any future appliance repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about Handler. Moses has been out a few times for various things and he’s always super prompt, thorough and courteous. He even tries to show me ways to solve the problem myself I’m the future. I just wish I had found them sooner, pretty sure it would have saved me buying a new washer / dryer!

excellent. saw them advertised on line and very glad I decided to call them. Spoke with Issac who stated he could have someone over in the next two hours. Moses contacted two hours later stating he 10 minutes away. He arrived with a smile and upon inspecting the fridge, explained the probable problem and went to work. Very nice and very professional explaining in great detail what the problem was and what he needed to do. So happy I called Handler Appliance and even happier it was Moses who responded to my home.
