Great. Isaac and Moses(brothers I believe) run the newcomer company. I called early on a Monday, they set a 5-7pm window appointment that night. They showed at approximately 5:30 - and did call ahead to let us know they were en route. Isaac had the dryer disassembled and diagnosed quickly, had the parts necessary for repair, and was on his way. Fast, competent, efficient, and friendly - can't ask for more. Would absolutely use again.

The job went great, The tech was very knowledgeable about all appliances and did a most professional job. He was quick and an expert at his craft. I will definitely used their services again when needed. I highly recommend them for all appliance needs.

Handler Appliance has only been in business for a few months but search no more and call them. Isaac was very responsive and professional. He arrived same day, was able to assess the issue and was completely transparent on the cost of parts and labor. Friendly, knowledgable and very happy to share his expertise. These guys (they're brothers) are awesome! They responded to my query immediately, showed up the same day and exactly when they said they would, diagnosed the issues, explained everything clearly, resolved it all effectively, and their price was very reasonable. I cannot recommend them more highly. I have already emailed a bunch of friends to tell them about the Handlers. My wife and I will definitely be calling them for all our appliance repair needs. I feel like I struck gold when I found them, more or less randomly, on the internet. Hire these guys. You won't be sorry.

Isaac was so smart and kind. During his visit he made sure to explain in detail and saved us money by telling how we can fix the rust on the crevice of the door (Samsung let us down with that design flaw). He also spent time to make sure the problem was accurate before replacing the ice maker. The fee for the first visit was credited toward the cost of the labor on the installation, and he stands by his work with a 1 year warranty. So pleased!

Moses, one of the two brothers who own the business, came to my home in the evening after 7 PM. He immediately got to work and diligently figured out the best way to deal with my dryer that was full of lint, as well as exhaust ducts that were totally stopped up. Moses smartly figured out how to get into tight spaces and difficult connections. HIs work product was superb, and he was delightfully cheerful about the work. Pricing was very fair. I would certainly hire him again and recommend him others.

Isaac (who is partners with his brother) answered the phone when I called about 3 pm. on a Friday. He was AT MY HOUSE by a little after 4, checked out my washing machine, cleared out the piece of metal that was jamming the pump, and explained that it would cost a lot to fix it and that the machine was on its last legs (seal leaking, drum corroded, etc.) I was not surprised but was grateful that he was able to fix it so that I could still use it while I shopped for a new one. I was very impressed with the response time, the courtesy shown by Isaac and his handling of this issue. Will definitely call him next time I need any of our household appliances looked at!!!
