Excellent service all around. The provider even came out to our home at 10:00 p.m. on a Friday evening to make sure everything was O.K.! Asbestos abatement and reinsulation was completed within a day, and all necessary documentation (including labwork and state certification) was provided. I would definitely recommend GR Tech!

Excellent. They arrived on time around 8am. Worked eficiently, cleaned up entirely and did an air testing. They were very professional and curteous. Worked quickly and done by 2pm. Would definitely recommend.

Greg was thorough, prompt, professional and extremely ethical. He came and removed the asbestos two days after we called. He also informed us that work that we thought we needed to do wasn't actually necessary. He was courteous and obviously a very considerate person. I would use Greg again and highly recommend him and GR Tech.

I recently had some floor tiles removed. Greg and his team were great, taking care of the job in one day. Greg went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed and all state regulations were followed. He was professional throughout the entire process and his pricing was fair. I was pleased with the results and would highly recommend GR Tech for any abatement needs.

Arrived on time at 8 am to begin working. First made sure all areas that needed to be sealed off were protected by plastic and then proceeded to remove asbestos. Cleaned up all debris and test air with lab. Completed job n 8 hours.

Greg was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, honest, and tried his best to accommodate our schedule. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and immediately began work. He was in contact at the end of each day and was able to give me information regarding progress made. His crew was very polite and kind and worked quickly and efficiently. The team did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of the removal. The cost of the job was exactly as quoted, even when additional materials to be removed were discovered. Greg provided me with all the necessary paperwork including the air quality tests and waste disposal manifest. Most importantly, GR Tech was able to save my hardwood flooring!!!! I would absolutely recommend GR Tech to others in need, and have already done so!!!

Greg was extremely polite and helpful both on the phone and in person. When he came to my house I missed him at the door because I was in the shower, he called me twice and left a business card on the door. I called him back right away and apologized for missing his appointment and he came back as he wasn't that far away yet. Upon re-arrival he took proper measurements, explained everything and quoted me on what i believe to be a fair price. Very honest and nice guy.

They were very good. There was just one thing. I wasn't quite sure if they were trying to avoid certain kinds of taxes in their contract. The price was what I expected. The quality of service is very good. They were right on time. They were very professional.

The day I called Greg for an estimate he offered to come the same night which was very nice. He was very professional, courteous and friendly so we hired him to do the job.He explained in detail about what they have to do,and he scheduled the work to accommodate us.The day of the work Greg and other 2 people came before they were even supposed to be there and started work immediately.When they finished the prep work Greg showed us what they did and explained the next step.They started scraping and cleaning the pipes and it took them a half day to finish.When it was all done they sent an air test to the lab and when that came back OK they cleaned up like nothing happened. Great crew , great company! I highly recommend them!

The whole operation was done in less than four hours. They were very responsive and professional, isolating the two rooms with plastic sheeting and wiping out any trace of the tiles. They completed the job by applying a paint sealant, leaving the concrete slab in perfect condition to apply any type of floor surface I wished. (We're going with porcelain tile). Overall, they removed a big source of worry from our household very painlessly and at a reasonable price. I plan to use them again next year for a couple of other rooms that need to have tiles removed.

The folks were very responsive to all forms of communications (text, phone, email) etc. Any question I had was answer quickly. Not too many homeowners are familiar with the effects of Asbetos and I had alot of questions. The people that arrived were very professional and eagar to get the job done. I would say the price is fair and they were able to complete this small room in about half of a day. I have also have asbetos concrete composite tiles on my exterior walls. I had them submit a quote if I were to get them abated/removed.

One can tell that Greg is a very honorable professional. I initially found his company in Angie's list due to the very good reviews and he exceeded my expectations. I actually spoke to him on the phone several times in a span of a few weeks because I was deciding on how to do mold remediation. He was very informative and not in a rush to answer all my questions. When the time that I finally asked him for an appointment, he was very punctual. He immediately went to inspect the house for possible mold remediation and all throughout the inspection he was very professional. He was explaining the possible problems and would give his recommendations as we moved along. I received his very detailed recommendation within the same day. And to top all of this, the inspection to get a quote was totally free. I would definitely hire him in the future and would highly recommend him to everyone. He knows what he is doing and he has a very good attitude which is very important.

We recently had our boiler fail (leaving us with no heat) and could not get a replacement installed until all the asbestos pipe wrap in the basement was removed. In a panic, we turned to Angie's List, and were impressed with the number of positive reviews for GR Tech. I left a message that night, and Greg returned my call first thing in the morning, and said he would stop by the house that day to give us an estimate. Greg showed up as promised, looked through the area, and provided an estimate for the needed service. In addition, he explained to us what was needed to get this done in as short a time frame as possible. On the day the work was to be done, the team showed up promptly and got to work right away after explaining exactly what they had to do. They taped off the work area to protect the rest of the house and got the work done quickly. Once it was complete, Greg went through exactly what was done - all asbestos removed, sealant on the pipes, and complete cleanup of the work area. Overall, the experience could not have been better - Greg was beyond professional, answering all my questions and being upfront about the process from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!

Greg came by to give as a quote and estimates and was quick, professional and to the point. His team was also quick and courteous. They showed up on-time, completing the removal, provided the analysis and completed all the paperwork and permits required for the job. Everything went smoothly.

Initial contact was clear and an estimation appointment made. Price was similar to a quote from another vendor. email confirmation before job was made; vendor responsive to my email inquiries. Vendor showed on time (3 people) and immediately got to work. Friendly but professional - I did not have to do anything but hang around. Any questions were answered; they brought all necessary equipment with them (I supplied water for their hose and an outlet). When the job was done I inspected and not only was all the asbestos I knew of removed but the pipes were painted and basement cleaned. Paperwork was complete and analysis certificate received by email a few days later.
