Greg and his crew were beyond awesome. If you need a company to remove asbestos tiles, do not bother to look any further than GR Tech. They were beyond awesome in that they were professional, punctual, courteous, and they completed the job way ahead of schedule. I received a quote from another vendor for three times as much and it was going to take 3-4 days. Greg and his crew did the job in 4 hours (3 rooms). It really could not have gone any better. I hope to never have to use the company again, but if I do, I will call GR Tech in a second.

Great. Greg responded to my call promptly and was able to perform the service within a couple of days. He sealed off the area, removed the mold, vacuumed and cleaned with a HEPA system, sterilized, and applied a barrier coating. He and his colleague were prompt, polite, and left the area immaculate. I hope I don't need mold remediation services again, but if I do, I will definitely call them!

Perfect. Greg and his team are punctual for appointments. his estimate of cost and time frame was accurate. He provided appropriate documentation that I could show a buyer of my property. He did what he said he was going to do and he is very easy to communicate with.

They were pretty good. I had an asbestos problem. I called them up. They responded quickly to the phone call. We discussed it, and they seemed to know what they were talking about. He came out and took a look at everything. They set up an appointment. They came back out in a couple of days at the time set for the appointment. They finished the job. They followed up with the requisite testing. Everything was fine.

Working with Greg and GR Tech was great. From our initial meeting, where he assessed what would need to be done and informed me of the cost and time frame, through completion of the project, the entire crew could not have been more professional. Although the pipes were covered, I knew that we would have to have the asbestos removed if we were going to spend any length of time in the basement. Now, the asbestos is gone, the pipes are insulated and the basement is a much more inviting space. Thanks to Angie's list for the in depth reviews and thanks to Greg and his crew.

Couldn't have received better service. Courteous, prompt, responsive and reasonably priced. Greg was direct, explained what was necessary and what wasn't. Have already recommended Gr Tech -- don't know why anyone would use another vendor for asbestos mitigation.

Showed up as soon as permit was gotten. Completed work on the day they said they would. Removed waste by themselves.

I loved working with Greg. From the estimating process to actually getting the work done, he was incredibly professional and detailed. He does not try to oversell, and looks to do very efficient and clean work. I was impressed by him and his team, and would definitely recommend him for any asbestos/ mold projects.

Very well. We got 3 estimates and GR Tech was the middle estimate (approx.$3000 for the removal plus $1800 for the new insulation). Approximately 200 linear feet of asbestos insulation was covered. The original time estimate was 2 days but they actually finished in one day.

We had just moved into a new home and were overwhelmed by the prospect of having to remove asbestos from our basement. We have small children and wanted it done as quickly and thoroughly as possible, and Greg addressed both those needs. He took my phone calls at all times of the day. I was admittedly quite nervous about the process, but he very kindly answered all of my questions and gave me complete peace of mind that everything would be done by the highest standards. Greg and his crew arrived at the time they told us. Set up and performed the removal of all the asbestos we had talked about. He even went above and beyond and removed asbestos that we didn't think he could get to and even some that we didn't know was ther, and When all asbestos was removed he reinsulated all the pipes. There was no damage to any of our belongings and all the air quality tests were performed. He gave us the results of those tests and the signed certificates that the removal was performed. I would definitely use them again if we ever run into a problem with asbestos.

The service was top notch. After calling Greg he came out to my home within 24hrs. Have me a estimate right there on the spot & setup a date to remove a couple days later. There was no mess and left my basement in better shape as well with peace of mind. Greg answers every call or returned them right away when he wasn't busy. Answered any question that I had. I would use them again any day. Highly recommend their service.

Not much to say, because it went so well. Greg was communicative, came when he said he would, explained all the permits/forms required by law, did the work much faster than I thought, left the place very clean, and was out before 1pm. I'd highly recommend Greg and co. based on my experience.

SMOOTH,,,, this removal had to happen. Acritical closing hinged on the removal and subsequent compliance documanttation. Contractor understood all the parameters and completed the job with zero drama.

We needed asbestos removed from several pipes. They gave us a price that was close to what we were expecting, explained the process, and told us it would be a 1 day job. Once I gave them the go ahead, they let us know when they would be at our home. Showed up on time, completed the work promptly.
