Description of Work: They did a fantastic job of ridding my large and cluttered basement of asbestos. The price included $2650 for asbestos removal and $1800 for re-insulation of the steam pipes. Protected all surfaces and wall, were extremely careful.

Description of Work: Greg arrived on time and he and his crew quickly went about abating the asbestos in my basement. They inadvertently unplugged my small freezer. I informed him and he apologized and sent a check to cover my loss. I chose them over another company because I had a feeling he took pride in doing a good job. I felt good to know I'd do hired a firm with integrity!

Description of Work: Very responsive and quick service. Left a few tiles that being removed that were under adjacent carpet, but they returned the next day to finish. Relatively painless experience. They also provide all of the state required paperwork including air tests and results in a very timely manner. GR Tech came recommended by other contractors/service providers as well. Would definitely recommend.

 + -1 moreGreg responded to our inquiry right away. I gave him the measurements of the room and he was able to send me a written estimate based on my description and measurements. He went over everything with me before the work was done and answered every question I had with great detail and patience. Once Greg found out that we were looking to finish our basement Greg offered free advice on how to do it. Overall it is very nice to have the asbestos tile out of the basement floor and I can't imagine having had a better experience while doing it.

He arrived for the initial meeting and to give an estimate for the work on time and was thorough and professional - explaining his findings and plans for remediation as he went along.  + -1 moreI just bought a house that had a very old, yucky basement with asbestos tile. In order to freshen it up for a family room, we had to get the tile out. Greg had the better bid and the project went off without a hitch.
Description of Work: Greg was great. Friendly, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. He offered to do the work on a Memorial Day weekend which I appreciated, since I was in a hurry to get it done. He did a great job. I would recommend him.
