GR Tech scheduled us quickly, arrived on time, and did a thorough and thoughtful evaluation. They took extra care to ask where they should cut the boiler pipes to be most convenient for the plumber. They cut up the boiler, removing asbestos panels and cleaning up lots of fine, black powder left from incomplete combustion. Work was quick and efficient, and they left the area very clean. In my experience, this company was unusually intelligent, respectful, and meticulous. Our house was built in 1906. The boiler that GR Tech removed was at least 50 or 60 years old.

After I called they showed up perfectly on time to give me an estimate. They schedule the job for about a week later and explained all the steps needed for the asbestos removal. On the day of the removal they were on time, put down all protections, did the job and perfectly cleaned up after themselves. They were quick and efficient. About a week later I received the certificate of removal. On time, fast, clean and efficient! What more can one ask for? ...and the price was perfectly in line with other estimates we received.

Greg was scheduled to come work on Wednesday. I had a water issue in the basement as well and had other workers addressing that issue in the basement and thought they would be done by Tuesday., unfortunately the company came across other issues which took longer than expected. I told them I had asbestos removal on Wednesday and they needed to be gone by then. Tuesday afternoon Greg from GR Tech called to confirm his appointment. for the following day. I told him about the over lap and he asked to speak to person in charge of the work being done in the basement. Even though he had a previously scheduled appointment for Thursday morning Greg understood my urgency to have this done by Thursday and was kind enough to rescheduled for the following day Thursday for late afternoon with the promise of completing his job on Thursday. Greg kept his promise and was done by late afternoon Thursday. He did a great job! Everything went smoothly, I highly recommend GR Tech.

I found GR Tech on Angies list and called them and one other company who estimated over the phone about $2000. to remove the asbestos. Grad called me back and agreed to meet me in NJ when I arrived from Ohio. He was prompt courteous and professional. Gave me a great price showed on time did a great job and provided all the paperwork necessary to complete the removed to be able to complete the sale. Great Job Grad, I highly recommend these guys!

Gradimir and his employees did a wonderful job. They are professional, punctual and friendly. Everything was cleaned up beautifully, all the asbestos is gone. Excellent job!

Very pleased with services performed. GTech had to remove several asbestos wrapped pipes. Work was done efficiently, clean and as explained during the initial estimate. Greig was present and helped to perform the removal himself and did this on a Sunday which was really great. The air was zoned, negative pressure created air test conducted and proper documentation submitted. Really couldn't have asked for a better operation

I am very happy with the work done by GR Tech. I had 120 feet of asbestos wrapped pipe and they removed it, tested the air and I have a certification that it has been removed from my home. Subsequently I hired GR Tech to come back and wrap the pipes with new insulation. They did a very good job and I am satisfied with the work.

Greg came out on 1/4 to inspect/estimate the work needed on my garage. I decided on 1/7 that I would have him do the work. He immediately put a call to the state to register the work. (There is a mandatory 10 day waiting period for all Asbestos removal work.) Two weeks later he came out to perform the work. It took him and two other men half a day to setup, remove all the panels and cleanup. He left a tarp up, covering my garage entrance overnight while we waited for the air quality results to come back. He then drove to New York to submit the air quality samples. The next day, he returned and removed the tarp. He left my garage in better shape than when he first arrived. He provided a certificate of completion and emailed me the air quality results. His professionalism and honesty were outstanding. I highly recommend him for anyone that needs asbestos removed.

Called Greg of GR Tech LLC and requested an estimate for the removal of asbestos tile in the lower level of our newly purchased home. Greg came out to the house inspected the area and took measurements. Gave us an estimate for the removal of tile in our foyer, family room, and laundry room. The area totaled approximately 1300 square feet. After accepting the quote and agreeing upon a date to have the work completed, Greg returned to complete the work. The area was sealed off with plastic sheets and the work took only a few hours. After the tiles were removed GR Tech sealed the floor so that it was ready for tile or carpet.

The whole process, from getting an estimate to completing the work went smoothy and quickly. Gregg and another man did a good job on removing the asbestos residue from my basement pipes.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Greg was professional, knowledgable, came on time and even went above and beyond removing shelving and flooring that was on top of some of the asbestos tiles. He explained the entire process to us and answered our many questions. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he was willing to work within our budget. The floors looked great afterwards, and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Greg was a pleasure to work with and completed the work on time, communicating with us throughout the process.

We recently purchased a home which had asbestos floor titling in the basement. Prior to moving in a week after closing, Greg was able to get an emergency permit for the removal of the asbestos. He arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. He introduced himself very professionally, discussed the entire procedure of what was going to be done and happen, including the disposal procedure and paperwork that we would receive. He got to work promptly and a few hours later had the project completed. About a month later, we received the paperwork directly from the disposal facility, which reinforced everything was done and disposed of properly We were amazed at the work. and very happy that we found him!

Greg and his crew arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, on a Sunday morning, and were extremely professional and courteous, from start to finish. They completed the agreed work within the day, as promised, and returned the next day with test results certifying the job was completed. Before leaving, they cleaned the space thoroughly, leaving it cleaner than it was when they first arrived. The experience was very good overall and I recommend them without reservation.

I called Greg from GR Tech on Friday afternoon to explain our issue: we had the house appraised and the appraisal requested that several pipes in the basement be removed or housed because of asbestos. Greg was able to come to our house that night - way after office hours - 8pm to be exact. He took a look at the basement and gave us a very reasonable price quote. I signed with his company immediately. We were able to request an emergency service for the following week. He came out promptly that morning with an associate. They worked on the basement for the majority of the morning and were done in a very reasonable time. He removed the pipes and replaced them. The pipes passed an appraisal reinspection and the work looked great. I highly recommend GR Tech for asbestos removal.

Our job was a small one with 80 sq ft of asbestos floor tiles to be removed, so didn't draw a lot of interest. GR Tech responded promptly, came out to provide an estimate and the price was right. They arrived on the agreed day at the agreed hour, worked quickly and got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and took care of all the State mandated paperwork. All in all, a very positive experience.

GR Tech LLC is a credit to Angieslist. After a home inspection revealed dangerous asbestos insulation in our basement and crawlspace, we agreed with the buyer to undertake asbestos removal. Not only did Gradomir offer to come and inspect our basement and crawlspace, he delivered an affordably priced written estimate on the spot with an estimated start date. After explaining our urgent timing situation, -- closing within a month -- he was able to fit us earlier into his busy schedule to undertake an asbestos abatement. He showed up promptly around 7:30am and his crew began to work. They displayed their license number and work permit in front of the house and setup the appropriate barriers with hepa filters, etc. in the basement and crawlspace. They were professional throughout and worked diligently to remove every piece asbestos, even that which had flaked off and had scattered under the crawlspace. They also provided me with EPA disposal manifests for the asbestos waste and a certificate of removal good with the state of NJ. The next day, they came in and installed fiberglass insulation for all the piping that formerly had the asbestos insulation. Now, it looks great! Finally, as promised, Gradomir emailed me a copy of the air quality tests which confirmed the acceptable air quality of the basement. GR Tech LLC provided all the stuff necessary to satisfy the concerns of the buyer, or myself should I decide to remain in the house, with regard to asbestos removal. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with GR Tech LLC.

They came in promptly in the morning and within 3 hours had all the tiles up and cleaned. They told me the sealant would take 24 hours to cure and the work seems to be great. I felt very comfortable with their work and am glad to know this is behind me. I would absolutely recommend them in the future.

From the time I called GR for an estimate they were professional and knowledgeable. He came within a day to give me an estimate which was fair and within my range. We set up an appointment and they came on time and completed the job within the time frame he gave me.
