Extremely responsive. Called and came to look at the work right away, and followed up with the written estimate very quickly. Rates were consistent with other asbestos removal contractors. Scheduled the appointment quickly, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly and cleanly. Set up appropriate protections (plastic sheeting, reverse air pressure) for the job, and did preliminary air testing right away. Overall, a good experience.

Did a great job in removing all tile from the house. The furniture that couldn't be moved out of the rooms was all sealed in plastic. They made sure all tile was removed even from difficult areas, under kitchen cabinets, water heater etc.

The job went exactly as planned. They obtained a permit for the removal prior to the job. The basement was sealed and they used a negative air handler to capture particles. Pipes and interior of the furnace were painted following the removal. They obtained a lab report of the air sample taken upon completion on the day of the removal. They returned the day after we had our furnace replaced to re-insulate the heating pipes where the asbestos was removed.

The guy was late but seemed pretty nice. He didn’t even get back with me. They told me they don’t want to do the work.

First of all Greg was able to get a Nj State Permit on short notice. The buyers insisted on the abatement, but they had an approaching deadline to close, move, and start a new job. Greg and his men also helped us to remove the last few pieces of furniture that we had not been able to get out on our own. The abatement was done, as far as I can tell, extremely professionally, with multiple taped layers of enclosure and negative pressure. I wasn't wild about how much the door was open and how the high the heat was turned up, since I was paying for the heat, but that is a small thing compared to the thoroughness, timeliness, cleanliness nad professionalism of the job.

Later, we had him come back and remove the asbestos tiles from the basement floor. He worked very carefully and safely. He is a skilled professional and we were most impressed by his knowledge and skills.

GR Tech did a great job from start to finish. They came out and surveyed and gave me a fair price to remove all the asbestos insulation in my basement. They were quick, clean andy professional. I got air quality reports and disposal reports showing that all work was performed and that materials were properly disposed. Great job, would use again but thankfully I don't have the need.

GR Tech did great work at a reasonable price. Greg was always pleasant and responsive in providing the estimate. He and his co-worker left our basement cleaner than before the work. Even though it was a small project, the removal had to be performed on pipe unions in nooks and crannies of our basement ceiling. Nonetheless it was done with no need for any preparation on our part, and only minimal effort for us to replace the few things GR Tech had to move to access tight work spaces. I highly recommend GR Tech.

Owner/Project manager answered telephone call himself and came to give estimate within a day, arriving at the promised time. He explained in detail both the process of notifications, scheduling, work contemplated and the itemized cost. He did not pressure or advocate any unnecessary work. Written estimate was provided at the time of inspection. When he was called to ask to schedule service, he did so promptly. He and the crew came on time, worked diligently(with few breaks), completed the job of removing asbestos insulation from pipes and asbestos floor tiles and re-insulation of heating pipes in the promised time and for the agreed upon price. Crew was hard-working, courteous and left a clean job-site. Certificates of completion were provided. A very professional manager, crew and organization.

It was not an easy task making small holes all over the house , but they executed the job effectively. the crew removed all asbestos from all over cellar.used proper methods . triple bagged asbestos.covered complete cellar with plastic covering.during procedure.they are state approved .also enapsulated the pipes.they took air specimens to have analyzed to the state promptly and results passes.

His crew arrived on before 9 AM on the date we selected. They removed all asbestos/tiles from our family and furnace rooms the same date. Showed up on time with three guys. Did extra work (hand-carried debris rather than driving van into lawn) to avoid messing up the rain-soaked lawn. They appeared to use all necessary health/safety precautions. Finished in 45 minutes! Presented me with all required paperwork, with the exception of the manifest, which is reasonable because cannot be completed until the debris is disposed of. I expect it shortly. Outstanding job in all respects -- quick, cheap, neat, and aboveboard with government paperwork.
