Glenn Ratcliffe, Holly Contractor refused to provide customer with Invoice of work done. Customer endeavored to Discuss issue...Glenn raging irrational return call was heard by...He sent text messages Saved b/c so bizarre alarming 'You and your people are pieces of sh it. Heroin addict.' (Huh?) 'i don't have customers address or email address to send invoice. (Huh? Sent past job invoices) Ranting 'You are on too many drugs. I'm ripping up your check... Mailing you full refund. No more work again for you.' Still no invoice.

No job is too small for Glenn. He and his people show up on time, are very careful and clean. When I asked him to re-grout shower he noticed a leak. He pulled out tiles cleaned them ,installed rockcrete replaced same tiles, perfect. Every time his work is first rate.

Glenn had great communication and I could not be happier with his work. I had new granite counter tops installed and i needed a support wall built for my breakfast bar. Glenn was straightforward that he would not be able to do the job for a few weeks since he was booked up when i first called him. He came and gave an estimate and completed the work 2 weeks later as stated. He was very professional and clean and the work was top notch. He also adjusted some of my electric outlets and installed my over the range microwave at no additional cost. I highly recommend Glenn and would not hesitate to use Glenn again in the future.

As expected

Glenn was great. He gave me some good advice and repaired my roof at a very reasonable cost. He is professional and really honest and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Prior to beginning the job, Glenn had extensive discussions with us about exactly what we wanted. We were impressed with the level of detail he went into in these preliminary talks. On the day he started the job, he came into our home and covered all of the carpets leading to or near the bathroom with heavy-duty plastic carpet protector. During the job, he was careful to minimize the mess, and he carefully vacuumed and cleaned up at the end of each day. Even though we had signed off on the plans, he checked with us at each juncture to be sure that we were getting what we had envisioned. His tile work and carpentry were careful and precise, producing an outstanding result. He completed the job on schedule and on budget. We are delighted with our new bathroom!

He is excellent. He was recommended by a neighbor. He had done some work for them and I had looked at the work; it was fantastic. He is meticulously careful in doing the work. He is a real craftsman. He also finds innovative solutions to problems. For example, when he did the portico; I had it designed by an architect. Three people came and looked at it. They said it could not be designed the way the architect had done it. When Glenn came and looked at the drawing, he asked what the problem was. I told him that people were telling me that it could not be done that way. He said of course it could be done that way. He said it needed little bit of figuring out but he could do that. He finds innovative solutions to problems and it's very good. He is an optimistic and innovative in doing the work. He is also meticulously carefully about the work. He is a craftsman rather than just a contractor. He is totally excellent. He thinks about the job. I have an old house and I have got it renovated in several phases. Some pieces do not fit together the way they should. He is able to make things work. I haven't got it done, but he did a bathroom renovation for one of my neighbors. He is a gem.
