handyman service, remodeling, basement remodeling
 + 1 moreI ended up asking the contractor how committed he was to completing job and never heard back from them. On top of that, they have two of my house keys in their possession thatthey have not returned after repeated requests. The contractor actually responded to a text I sent them on or around September 4th stating they would return the keys but they have not. Granted, I understand that contractors many times spread themselves thin. I do expect however communication and, if you are not going to show up on a day promised, the least you can do is contact me and let me know why and then make it a point to get to the locationin in a timely fashion. This contractor "routinely" reneged on promises to arrive on location to complete job. It was as though they wanted to be fired. Now I have to worry that they have two of my housekeys in their possession that they have not returned after repeated requets.
Description of Work: Was used them to complete a simple remodeling of a small kitchen area in my basement. Basically, adding a few shelves and doing some painting. A job that should have been done in two days strectched out into weeks and was never completed. Contractor on numeroud occassions promised to be on site to complete job but was a no show.

chimney repair
 + -1 moreThey put two wooden planks on my a/c system and blew them out. We agreed that my own a/c guy would come fix it and GET IT DONE would be present. GET IT DONE came back around when my a/c guy was not around and tried to fix it themselves. They went back on their word and did damage to my a/c system. I escorted them off my property. They played tricks and were sleazy.
Description of Work: I had them there to repair my chimney.
