I can't say enough good things about Tim and his crew. This was the last of several jobs they performed for me in both my personal residence and an investment property I owned. Every time I've called Tim has been responsive, punctual, knowledgable, friendly and fairly priced. He has helped me work through a project offering budget friendly options and alternatives. They show up when they say they will, and finish on time. They even came out to troubleshoot and fix a problem at 10:00pm after completing a job earlier in the day. Hire these guys!

I appreciated the professionalism of Tim and his crew...Tim called me back, was patient with my questions and advised me how to save some money. He didn't come out to estimate but suggested that I have his crew tackle the list and charge an hourly rate. I was a bit nervous but figured if it started getting too expensive or I didn't like their work I'd cut my losses after one item on the list. My fears were unfounded... it turns out there's still at least one honest electrical contractor out there --All-Phases Electrical. He wasn't kidding about his guys being efficient. DJ the foreman explained what they would do, offered a few suggestions and got right to work. They showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. Our experience was great. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. John repaired our dining room light fixture, and fixed an issue that was a potential fire hazard. We requested an estimate for recessed lighting in our living room. Tim, the owner, was prompt with a response and we thought the quote was reasonable. However, we decided to do another home project instead, but would definitely use All-Phases Electrical again in the future.

Provided best price, kept appointment, work was neat and professional. Was able to conduct all business over my cell phone, including final payment. Never actually met with anyone but service was top notch.

Excellent. All phases did a complete check of the home and save options for adding emergency backup power, fully explaining all choices. Most helpful.

The workers showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Checked the wiring we had done by someone who was not a licensed electrician and declared it excellent. Checked wiring in ceiling fixtures that I was concerned about and said it was safe. Checked the wiring in the attic and said that was safe. A light fitting in the garage was installed back-to-front and that was corrected. That light had stopped working some years ago and it now works. Secured a light switch that was just hanging to a shelving unit. Secured a 2 socket fixture to the wall. The visit lasted 2 hours in very cold weather. I felt they were thorough and only fixed what needed to be fixed. I am very pleased with them and have asked them for a quote to fit 4 ceiling lights in my living room.

Tim was very responsive to calls. He actually returned my calls. What a concept ! Why does no one else in this area do this ? He did the work on the date he said he would. Work was of excellent quality and exactly as indicated in the original contract. Very professional service.

Tim runs an excellent electrical service company. He and his helper arrived on time, were cordial, clean and efficient. You can see the professionalism immediately by the way they made sure that they did their work properly, laying down drop cloths and cleaning up after unpacking the chandelier box. They helped move pieces of furniture and made sure they did not compromise the area that they had to work in. After installation, he gave us instructions of operation and made sure to let us know that we could contact him at any time with questions or concerns afterwards. The service sector could take a lesson from Tim and All Phases as this is how a true service organization should be run. He now has become my electrician. Thanks Tim! Tony and Daisy

It went well, they were helpful and cleaned up. The project was to mount felt screen TV's. I had Cablevision, the Geek Squad (Best Buy) and these guys. I had them come first, then Cablevision, then Geek Squad. 2 of the the outlets were for the wall mounted flat screen TV's. The also cut a hole in the wall to allow me to run electric through to a cabinet on the other side of the wall to house the boxes for one of the TV's, which was great. Not sure , but the Cablevision guy (who was really helpful, but has no snaking equipment) and the Geek Squad person both indicated that the electrician should have volunteered the information that an electrician was the best person to snake the cable through the walls. In the end the Cablevision guy had done a lot of the cabling using the drop ceiling area in the basement and the Geek Squad were able to do the short runs of snaking that were required. Feels like the Cable company could/ should do this and I'm guessing if this were a new installation they would be able to, but as I was only adding boxes I did not get that level of service. So the result was great, but I have this question about whether the electrician should have pointed out that electricians are the best people to snake TV cables. - I do not know if this is even true? Advice would be talk to everyone involved ahead of time to figure this out. My bad.

Tim and his crews are great to work with. They arrived on time, were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Tim was on site to answer any questions, make changes to the scope of work and to direct his very capable crews. A fantastic contractor and the only electrician I will work with going forward. I was beyond impressed.
