 + -1 moreI had worked with another agent who had been a jerk, this apartment was one of his listings and he didn't even find it; we worked with him two weeks. Yesterday we signed the lease and put down our security deposit. She treated me like I was buying a house.
Description of Work: We used Elsa Stonebridge. We lucked out. A lot of realtors don't like to do apartments. I called on a Friday afternoon. By Friday night we had three viewings schedule. Before we viewed apartments she ran our credit report. On Saturday we found the apartment. She stayed up with us till 10 to make certain we got the application in before she went to bed. If she hadn't run the credit report early and stayed with us through the application we would have not gotten the apartment.
