Troy arrived on time and was courteous and professional throughout the inspection. He patiently explained the issues with the house and what needed to be done. The report was received shortly after the inspection and was thorough and concise. All of this was done at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Troy was so thorough and professional. My husband and I really appreciated the patience he had in answering our many questions and addressing our concerns. He was knowledgeable in things we didn't know much about and he even took the time to explain how the central AC system worked since we never had one before! I will use Troy and Checklist home inspections if we ever buy another house and I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
