Description of Work: Dave came to my house on Dec 29th 2009 to give me an estimate on several electrical jobs at my home in Wanaque NJ. He was very prompt and professional. I explained because I was out of work I was not sure how much I could do all at once. 6 months later I stiil was out of work but I decided to go ahead with part of the job. I called him and left a message saying I wanted him to come and do part of the job. I got NO response from him after many Days ( I think almost a week ). I finally emailed him the following message "Hi Dave, I left a message for you several days ago re garding some electrical work that you gave us a quote on about 6 months ago. I am still out of work thats why had to wait and why we cannot go ahead with the whole job. However we do need to go ahead with some of it now. The motion sensor lights in the yard. I don't know if you got my message or not. Please let me know if you can do the job or not" His answer was the following: "Hi Rich At this time I am to busy to do your job Thanks Dave Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry No apology for not getting back to me, no explanation as to whether or not he even got my VM. Initially he was professional, efficient and responsive...but not now
