Description of Work: Refrigerator (Maytag) went out on Sunday morning. Called Bill's at 5:30 that night. Rudy showed up around 7pm. Nice guy. Diagnosed the problem quickly and said he would need to pick up the parts the next day. He returned Monday evening. He was a couple of hours late, but he called ahead and notified me he was finishing up an emergency call and apologized for the delay. Replaced the parts. Transferred the 2 year warranty and worked with me on a cash price. The parts are probably less than $100, so I think the cost was a little high, but thats what you pay for same day service if you don't know how to fix it yourself... Bill's is ok in my book.

+ -1 moreIt is a small one man show and he has been doing it for a long time. He has done just about everything for me from the washing machine to the refrigerator. He is very dependable and he always comes right out when I call him. He is always out very quickly when I give him a call. He always does the repairs for the least amount of money that he can get away with. I have never needed him to come back out for a repair. This last time he even had to make two trips and he only charged me for the one. I have always felt that the cost was reasonable.
Description of Work: Bill's Appliance Services came out to repair my washing machine pump.
