+ -1 moreOrdered over the phone. Easy to do. I normally go to big box stores like home depot or lowes, but here I got discount and certificates, which made the appliances cost less than other stores.

+ -1 moreInstallation was done in two step process. First, with the fridge, then with the other appliances. People who installed the fridge was great, and the other people was also great. They were late, but delivery was perfect. The guy there acted like he wanted to get out, instead of doing what he was suppose to do.

+ -1 moreIt wasn't cheap. It was done all over the phone. It was easy to work with there was just one minor glitch where they had a little problem getting the microwave installed but they took care of it. They pushed everything back by a week to give me the big deal.
Description of Work: I use Best Buys Direct Inc for large appliance sales. Refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
